Earlier this week we we learned that a new song from Beyoncé would be coming out today and today — the song is here. Beyoncé‘s collaboration with Naughty Boy, Runnin’ (Lose It All), has been released and by clicking above you can hear the song in full by way of the track’s official music video. Runnin’ is featured on Naughty Boy‘s new album and as you can hear, Bey slays with her stunning vocals. The video, too, is pretty damn good so … yeah, check it out and savor this new music from Beyoncé. Until she releases new music of her own, this may be the only thing we get from her for a while so, enjoy.
From his '1989' album out on 9/21
Earlier today we learned that Ryan Adams announced that he will release his version of Taylor Swift‘s 1989 album on Monday and right now, we get to hear one of the songs from the album in full. Ryan debuted his version of Bad Blood on Apple Music‘s Beats 1 radio this morning and it has now been made available for sharing online. Altho we got to hear small snippets of Ryan‘s 1989 songs (including a rough cut sample of Bad Blood), I don’t think we are properly prepared for how truly magnificent Ryan‘s versions of Taylor‘s songs will be. Click below to hear Bad Blood in full and prepare to be blown away. More »
Plus, check out 2 more movie posters
Earlier this month we got to see the US trailer for the forthcoming movie adaptation of William Shakespeare‘s Macbeth, starring Michael Fassbender and Marion Cotillard. A few days later, we got to see a pair of regal posters for the film. Today we not only get to see actual footage from the movie but we also get another pair of movie posters. The central focus of both the video clip and the posters is the Weird Sisters who reveal the central prophesy to Macbeth in the story. Click below to check out the scene from the movie where Macbeth first meets the Weird Sisters and then check out the accompanying poster artwork. More »

It's out in full tomorrow
Yesterday we learned that Naughty Boy is releasing a new song tomorrow titled Runnin’ (Lose It All) which features Beyoncé on guest vocals and today we get our first taste of the song. The embed above features a short clip of the music video for Runnin’ and as you can hear, Bey is sanging her heart out on the track. The full song will be released tomorrow, which means it should be available for download at the stroke of midnight tonight. Have a listen above and see if this new song sounds enticing enough to buy when it is officially released tomorrow.
"The comeback of the superstar"
Earlier this year we got to see the first trailer for the new Steve Jobs biopic which stars Michael Fassbender and Kate Winslet (written by Aaron Sorkin and directed by Danny Boyle) and as you may recall, I was very fortunate to see the movie in full at an early screening in July (and I LOVED it!). Today we get to see the just-released second trailer for Steve Jobs which gives us another look at the forthcoming film. In my brief comments about the film, I predicted that Fassbender would — absolutely — receive an Academy Award nomination for his work in this film (I think Winslet will get an Oscar nom as well) and will very likely win Best Actor (and I’m totally sticking to that belief). This trailer is good but having seen the film, it doesn’t really convey the quality that you will get when you see the movie in full. Steve Jobs hits theaters in October, DO NOT miss seeing this film.

Back in early August, singer/songwriter Ryan Adams announced that he was re-recording the songs from Taylor Swift‘s 1989 album as if it was being performed by The Smiths and continued to tease the recording process all month long. A few weeks ago he promised that he would release his version of 1989 “very soon” and then … nothing … until today. Ryan updated his official Twitter profile to reveal the cover art for his 1989 album and announced that it will be released digitally in just a few days! Click below to see the cover art and find out WHEN you will be able to download the digital version of Ryan‘s take on Taylor‘s 1989. More »
We are just a couple days away from the release of Lana Del Rey‘s new album Honeymoon and thus far we have heard the songs Honeymoon, High By the Beach, Terrance Loves You and Music to Watch Boys To from the LP. Today, courtesy of BBC Radio 1, LDR presents us with another new song from the album, a track titled Salvatore. Lana paid a visit to the BBC Radio 1 studio to premiere the song and chat up her new album a bit. The song is another stunner which gives me great hope that Honeymoon may end up being LDR‘s best album yet. Click below and have a listen. More »
