"Hey internet, YOU WON"
YES YES YES!! After the BRILLIANT fan film based on The Mighty Morphin’ Power Rangers was released online and then was yanked offline due to a copyright infringement complaint by Saban Entertainment, I am THRILLED to share the great news that a deal has been struck between the short film creators (director Joseph Kahn and producer Adi Shankar) and Power Rangers owners Saban Entertainment to allow the short film to remain online for viewing! The embed above features the censored, more sanitized version of the short film Power/Rangers that was posted on You Tube. The original, NSFW version that was uploaded to Vimeo is available below. Click below to learn more about the terms of this agreement deal to allow the short film to stay online and read Kahn‘s tweets about this victory. More »
They've taken to Twitter and Instagram, and this SUCKS.
I’ll admit it. I’m mad at Amber Rose and Wiz Khalifa—two people I do not know, who, admittedly have no impact on my actually day-to-day life. But I’m still mad! I thought they were a weird couple, and then I thought they were a cool couple, and then I thought they were super cute, and then they were all getting divorced and I was like, No, they’re fine. They’re gonna make it work. Anyway, I’m just going through this thing where I’m realizing two people I kinda liked together are not immune to relationship troubles… and are now beefing on social media over their child. THE WORST. Click inside for more.

"I'm sorry, Beck"
Kanye West, the man who arrogantly called for Beck to “respect artistry” on Grammy night earlier this month, just formally apologized to Beck on Twitter for his disrespectful behavior. The apology was posted on Kanye‘s official Twitter profile shortly after he gave a long interview to Zane Lowe on BBC Radio 1 earlier today. Kanye also tweeted an apology to Bruno Mars for disrespecting him as an artist as well. Click below to read Kanye‘s apology tweets and watch video of Kanye‘s interview on BBC Radio 1 and see for yourself the part of the interview where West broke down in tears. More »

"Wage equality will help ALL women of all races in America."
On Oscar night, Best Supporting Actress winner Patricia Arquette gave a stirring acceptance speech on stage that boldly called for the equal payment of women in the workforce. Her speech was so stirring that it inspired people in the audience to give her a standing ovation. Backstage, Patty mucked up her initial comments by making a, IMHO, silly claim that it is incumbent on minorities and gays to step up and fight for equal pay for women — forgetting that minorities and gays are made up of women, too — and seemingly suggesting minorities and gay owe a duty to white women. On her official Twitter profile, Arquette attempted to defend and clarify what she was trying to convey but … I don’t think she did a very good job. Click below to read her follow-up tweets and see what you think. More »

"Now [Bobby] and his family want Whitneys $$$"
I need to preface this post by saying I am not on Team Nick Gordon. Actually, I’m not on Team Bobby Brown either … but previously, we learned of the feud that has been ongoing between Bobby Brown and Nick Gordon over Nick‘s attempts to visit Bobbi Kristina (who is still on life support) in the hospital. Today, we learn of a series of tweets that Nick posted on his official Twitter profile putting Bobby Brown and his parenting skills on BLAST. According to Nick, before Bobbi‘s accident, Brown had only “seen his daughter 4 times in the past 5 yrs” (Nick‘s grammar is pretty bad, sorry about that). Click below to read what else he has to say. "I'm not a homophobic but that gay couple just ruined The Walking Dead"
AMC introduced a pair of gay characters on The Walking Dead this past Sunday night who showed their love and affection for one another when they shared a kiss on screen. Aaron and his parter Eric are characters introduced in The Walking Dead comic book series years ago so it is really great that after 5 1/2 seasons, the TV series has finally introduced them to the show. But, while many people, like me, were happy to see these gay characters share a kiss on TV, a bunch of homophobic idiots took to Twitter to voice their displeasure. A collection of the more colorful, yet horribly offensive and NSFW Twitter comments are collected below in order to bring attention to the fact that homophobic hatred continues to thrive despite the huge strides our culture has taken toward the progression of equal treatment of all people. Her "most personal" song on her new album
Yesterday we got to hear Kelly Clarkson‘s new song Invincible, which was written by Sia, and today we get to hear the title track from Kelly‘s new album Piece By Piece. To promote the album, Kelly is releasing a new song each day to get fans excited to hear the album in full. According to the tweet that Kelly sent out earlier today, the song Piece By Piece is her “most personal” song on the album Piece By Piece … which, I’ve surmised, is probably why it was chosen as the title track. I’ve listened to the song a few times already and I really like it. It’s a mid-tempo jam that is a classic Kelly Clarkson track. More »
Are you ready for this?
Well folks, it looks like one of the biggest concert tours of the year is coming our way now that leaked evidence has made its way to the Internets. It started with a curious logo, found by BBC Radio 1Xtra, then a curious concert listing on an international webpage for Livenation … both of which suggest that Kanye West and Rihanna are going on tour together this year. Considering Kanye West and Rihanna each collaborated on the others’ new music and considering Kanye executive produced Rihanna‘s new as-yet unannounced album, it makes total sense that the two would decide to hit the road together. Click below to see the evidence and become convinced that these two are touring together. More »
