Yesterday we saw pics of Alyson Hannigan and hubby Alexis Denisof taking their precious newborn baby girl Satyana out for her first party … and today we get to see pics of Aly and Satyana doing a bit of shopping together in West Hollywood, CA:

I believe this is the first time we’ve gotten to see the little princess outside of her baby stroller since Aly debuted the first pic of her on her official Twitter profile back in April. I can’t be entirely sure but from the look of the big pink wall behind her, it looks like Aly and Satyana were shopping at Paul Smith on Melrose Ave. Mother and daughter look so great … I love seeing them out and about :)

Last month we learned the happy, happy news that Melissa Beck (née Melissa Howard — who y’all may remember from The Real World: New Orleans) and her husband and Glassjaw guitarist Justin Beck announced the birth of their first child — a girl — named Shalom Mazie. Today we get our first look at Melissa and Justin‘s BEAUTIFUL and entirely adorable little girl … who celebrated her first Passover this week with her happy family:

Folks, I don’t think y’all are ready for the cuteness ahead. There are some cute babies and there are some cute babies … and then there are those babies that are so cute that it makes your fallopian tubes quiver and your ovaries ache — even the dudes!! Earlier this week we saw a couple adorable photos of new mom Camila Alves porting around her baby boy Levi in a baby sling while she shopped for flowers in the Flower District of LA. Today we get to see a few adorable photos of papa Matthew McConaughey doing daddy duty with Levi as the pair went grocery shopping … Matthew left the baby sling at home but ensured that he brought the insane cuteness along:

Yeah, these pics are just the cutest ever … look at that little face. Now, not that I blame Camila for porting around her baby in a baby sling but I really love seeing babies being carried by their parents … when it’s dads doing the carrying, all the cuter. Levi looks so much like his mom, he’s a little doll. Aren’t these pics to die for?

Late last month we learned that Spice Girl Melanie Chisholm a.k.a. Sporty Spice (and the last of the Spices to spawn) finally gave birth to her firstborn child … a girl she named Scarlet Starr. Today, we get our first look at the little darling as mother and child are featured on the cover of the new issue of Hello! magazine:

The most private of the Spice Girls, Melanie Chisolm has avoided the spotlight since the February 22 birth of Scarlet Starr – her first child with property developer partner Thomas Starr. Instead the 35-year-old mum has decided to introduce her “beautiful little girl” to the world exclusively in HELLO! magazine. This week’s issue, number 1063, contains two gorgeous portraits of mother and baby, who has a shock of brown hair just like her famous mum. There’s also the inside story on how Mel is coping, as told by her fellow Spice Girl mums, as well as their messages of love and support. “I’m extremely happy for Melanie and Thomas,” says Victoria Beckham. “They will be wonderful parents and I’m hoping to meet baby Scarlet when I’m in London in the next few weeks.”

From the Daily Mail: Mel C was the final Spice Girl to become a mother – and it appears that she saved the best for last. The new mother revealed baby Scarlet Starr – who has a shock of brown hair like her famous mother – in an intimate portrait of the newest Spice Mama and her newborn. Melanie has been enjoying some private time with her partner Thomas Starr, and Scarlet after giving birth to the 8lb 3oz baby at London’s Portland Hospital on February 22. And her former Spice Girl bandmates couldn’t wait to shower her with congratulations and messages of support as she proudly posed with Scarlet, the first child for Melanie and her property developer beau … While Geri Halliwell jokingly claims that her own daughter Bluebell became a pregnancy good luck charm. “I do always say Bluebell is like some sort of fertility doll. Five friends got pregnant after playing with her, and then Melanie gets pregnant after the tour!” She added: “I’m so happy for Melanie. She has all the great qualities to make an excellent mother. I love the name Scarlet and wish them both so much happiness.” Melanie C fell pregnant just months after the Spice Girls reunion tour ended. “Being backstage at the shows with the girls and all the kids made me think, ‘Yeah I could be a good mum,’” she has admitted. Awww … little Scarlet is so darling … and so much hair :) Mel C. looks so happy with her little girl, good for her! While I initially kinda thought that Sporty decided to jump on the baby bandwagon just so she could fit in with her Spice Girl cohorts, I guess I can kinda believe that she had her baby cuz, you know, she wanted to have a baby ;) I keed, I keed. Jennifer Garner, who gave birth to her second child in January, joined her husband Ben Affleck as they picked up their eldest daughter Violet Anne from pre-school and ventured out for a shopping excursion … and they brought along newborn daughter Seraphina Rose Elizabeth for the ride. Last Xmas, we got our first look at the newborn son of Ashlee Simpson and Pete Wentz when the proud parents posted a photo of Bronx Mowgli on his daddy’s official website last December 25 … and we haven’t seen hide nor hair of the little tyke since — until now. Ashl33n made their way thru LAX Airport with little Bronx Mowgli in tow … the family was bound for a trip to Manchester, England:

As far as I can tell, this trip across the pond is Bronx‘s first to Europe and is most definitely the little guys first trip to the UK. It’s hard to tell if the little man is hiding flat-ironed hair underneath that little cap but my guess is … yeah, he is. It’s hard to believe that Ashlee‘s newborn baby is already so big … it won’t be long until we see photos of Bronx taking his first steps. He’s a little doll, ain’t he? I hope we’ll get to see more photos of the happy family as they make their way around the UK on this getaway.

Last Saturday we learned that M.I.A. gave birth to a baby boy just days after she performed on stage at the Grammy Awards on her actual due date. Today, we get to see what her beautiful little boy looks like … thanks to an update from M.I.A. collaborator and friend Afrikan Boy. Look at all of that hair!! I have to confess, I was born with this much hair on my head, too … so hopefully the little darling will grow up to be as handsome as me ;) But seriously, if this little guy even gets a hint of his mother’s beauty, he’s gonna be a stunner. I cannot wait to hear what M.I.A. decided to name her baby boy but I am glad that we get to see what he looks like. So cute!!!

Here are a couple supercute photos of Levi Alves McConaughey out for a little shopping trip with his moms Camila Alves in SoCal yesterday afternoon. The pair were spotted doing a bit of shopping at Fred Segal and paused to pose for some photos on their way out:

As you can see, little Levi is getting to be a big little boy … and he’s gettin’ cuter every day. He looks a lot like his beautiful mother, don’t you think? He is going to grow up to be a stunner, you just wait and see. Altho it’s very warm her in SoCal these days, I don’t expect that daddy Matthew McConaughey will be taking his little man for surfing lessons any time soon … but come Summer, I bet we’ll see father and sun in the water on a semi-regular basis. Sooo cute!

Lisa Marie Presley, who is the proud new mother of twin baby girls, is showing off Finley and Harper Presley-Lockwood in the pages of the new issue of People magazine (on newsstands Friday). Finley and Harper are the latest children borne of the late Elvis Presley‘s only begotten child and are here to say hello to all of us:

Elvis Presley’s only daughter, Lisa Marie, is now a doting mom to 3-month-old girls Finley and Harper – and she is showing off her tiny additions in the new issue of PEOPLE. “I really wanted these babies,” says Presley, 40, who tried for two years to get pregnant before conceiving the twins. “My blood was too thick and would clot, which caused several miscarriages,” she tells PEOPLE. “The moment I took blood thinners, I got pregnant.” Presley and her guitarist husband Michael Lockwood, 47, also share their L.A. home with Presley’s children from a previous marriage: daughter Riley, 19, and son Benjamin, 16. Life as a bustling family of six is “chaotic bliss,” says Presley. The outspoken star – who proudly bared her baby bump after tabloids accused her of having an “unhealthy appetite” – also opens up about losing her baby weight. “I was unable to see my toes by the fourth month,” she admits. “But I only gained 30 lbs. total. I worked out up until the seventh month.”

Whoa, that’s a big family … and with the kids being so far apart in age, well, they’ve got an interesting life ahead. These little darlings are supercute, I’m sure grandpappy Elvis is lookin’ down with pride on the latest additions to his family.
