Watch: Kanye West Walks Into A Sign Then FLIPS OUT On The Paparazzi

OUCH!!!!!

So … Kanye West and his baby-mama-to-be were out and about in Beverly Hills this week trying to make their way into a restaurant when they were met by the paparazzi. Kanye accidentally walked into a large metal sign and banged his head pretty badly … as a result, and probably due to horrible embarrassment, Kanye then proceeded to FLIP OUT on the paps who were taking photos of his mishap. Naturally, his emotive explosion was caught on video (tho, the actual moment he bashed his head was not captured on video) which you can watch in the embed above. After the incident, Kanye and his chick went inside the restaurant to cool off … but the attempt was unsuccessful. Watch: A ‘Banned’ Guinness Commercial From 1995, Featuring A Same-Sex Couple, Finds New Life In 2013

Stand By Your Man

Back in 1995, Guinness produced a television commercial that featured a same-sex male couple in a loving (if somewhat messy) relationship. At the time, the company decided that the image of a male couple in an ad campaign was not suitable for airing on TV (largely due to the British tabloid press that deemed the ad “controversial and wrong”). Late last year, the commercial found its way to the Internets and it’s been making the rounds ever since. I am in love with this commercial … which I find clever, cute and extremely progressive … especially for the time in which it was produced. Guinness has long been one of my favorite beers so I cannot tell you how happy it makes me to see that a company that I love to support has been a long supporter of gay rights. Even tho the commercial was never officially released, it’s clear the company intent was to showcase same-sex love in a very positive light AND associate that love with the Guinness brand. Amazing. My Goodness, indeed.

"I just wanna say I love you man"

Last week we learned the tragic news that Kriss Kross member Chris Kelly (aka the Mac Daddy) passed away at the age of 34 after an apparent drug overdose. A day later we heard from his Kriss Kross partner Chris Smith (aka the Daddy Mac) as he commented on the death of his longtime friend. The funeral for Chris Kelly was held in Atlanta, GA yesterday and Chris Smith was among the speakers who eulogized Kelly. Click the embed above to watch Smith break down as he spoke lovingly about his friend. It’s a tough video to watch because you can see how much Smith loves his friend. Here’s hoping Chris Kelly has finally found the peace that he was missing in life.

ABC Reportedly Picks Up ‘Marvel’s Agents Of S.H.I.E.L.D.’ As A Promo Video For The Show Leaks To The Internets

Back in February we learned that Joss Whedon successfully wrapped production of the pilot episode of his new TV series based on Marvel Comics‘s S.H.I.E.L.D. characters. Back in April, we learned that the series selected the name Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. as its title (tho, the title is still subject to change) and a plot description for the show was revealed. Yesterday, a whole bunch of TV shows got the good/bad news that they were/were not picked up for the coming TV season. ABC has NOT YET confirmed that this S.H.I.E.L.D. series has been officially picked up … but a promo video for the show did leak its way online, leading PRETTY MUCH EVERY SINGLE PERSON ON EARTH to believe that the show will, indeed, get picked up for a series run. Selena Gomez released the audio of her new single Come and Get It last month … but the little minx made us wait until TODAY to see the music video for the track. As you can see in the embed above, Selena busts out the same dance moves that she’s been workin’ in recent live performances of Come and Get It but she also busts out a lot of sexiness, too. Yesterday we learned that RuPaul’s Drag Race crowned a new winner for season 5 and as happy as that news may be, you might be feeling a bit lost without your favorite drag queens in your life anymore. Well, fear not! World of Wonder, the production company responsible for Drag Race, has launched a fun new web series titled Ring My Bell where WoW stars take calls from fans and … well … you’ll have to watch and see what happens. A new episode of Ring My Bell debutes each Thursday on World of Wonder‘s You Tube channel WOWPresents and this week’s ep features the fabulous queen Delta Work. The folks at WoW are giving us a first look at this week’s episode in the embed above so please enjoy. The clip features Leonard Nimoy, the actor who played Spock in the original Star Trek TV series and films, and Zachary Quinto, the actor who plays Spock in the new Star Trek films. Do yourself a favor and and spend the next 2 minutes and 44 seconds of your life watching this commercial. I promise, you’ll be a better and much happier person for it.

Yeah … you can really tell that Dexter is about to be dunzo because they are starting to release retrospective promo videos so that fans can get used to the idea of saying goodbye to their favorite characters. Thus far, Showtime has released traditional video promos and artsy promo videos … today, they release a series long retrospective that features Deb Morgan from green rookie cop to accomplice killer. The video above is deffo worth 3 minutes of your time … especially if you’re a Deb fan. I suspect we’ll see other promo videos like this that feature other characters. The end is near … it looks like Showtime wants us to look back before we look forward to the very end of the series.
