Late last year we learned that DC Comics is planning to bring the Justice League to the big screen in 2015 and that a new Batman film franchise MAY come to the big screen in 2016 … but new movie rumors making the rounds now cast that new Batman franchise rumor in doubt. According to a new report, Christopher Nolan is rumored to have a hand in producing the Justice League movie … and apparently, Christian Bale will reprise his role as Batman in the film. HMMM. Now I made a joke about how all the nipple-shaming had finally forced Anne to come out and apologize for what she wore, but really (as PITNBr Krissy pointed out) the apology had to do with Anne‘s last-minute switch to a Prada dress, rather than the Valentino she’d originally planned to wear. Earlier this month we learned that Pope Benedict XVI has decided to become the first pope in almost 600 years to resign from office and today we are hearing some disturbing information as to why he has decided to do so. At the time of his resignation announcement, Benedict XVI claimed that advanced age is the reason he believes he can no longer carry on as pope. Today, new reports suggest that his resignation might’ve been inspired by something more nefarious. According to two different reports from two different highly-respected Italian newspapers, Benedict XVI is resigning as pope due to the growing sex scandal that gotten dangerously close to the Vatican. In order to avoid blackmail, these reports claim, Benedict XVI decided to throw in the towel and step down. Ugh. More »
