Your MUST WATCH Video of the
So, Prince William (the current Duke of Cambridge and future King of England) played host at a charity gala that raised money and awareness for the homeless people of Centrepoint and joined Jon Bon Jovi and Taylor Swift on stage for a rousing acoustic rendition of the song Livin’ On A Prayer. Folks, as amazing as this sounds, you ain’t seen NOTHING until you’ve watched the video above. Jon gets the party started by singing the song solo but once Taylor and Prince Wills get on stage … things really get cookin’. At first, Taylor‘s very awkward dancing/clapping thing that she did was the most cringe-worthy part of the performance … but then it becomes painfully evident that Prince William doesn’t know the words to the song (except for the chorus which is so famous that I bet even baby Prince George could sing along as well). Then Prince William started touching his nose frantically like that kid does in the movie Dazed and Confused … which either means that Willy was high or just REALLY REALLY NERVOUS (I bet he wished he had smoked the smokey smoke beforehand, tbqh). At around the 1:53 mark, Jon Bon Jovi brings the song home, Taylor hangs in there with him and Prince William has no idea what to do except nod along, try to mime a few of the words correctly and look over at Jon and Taylor and NOT at all of the cameras trained on him as he sweats thru his expensive tuxedo. Lord, it’s priceless. Watch the video, try not to cringe out of your skin. Enjoy.

Representing Wills & Kate in "heraldic terms as a married couple"
Back in April of 2011, to coincide with the coming British Royal Wedding of Prince William and Kate Middleton, we learned that the Middleton family (Kate included) got their own family coat of arms. Kate, as new royal, then got her own coat of arms. Today we learn that Kensington Palace as taken things one step further and have formally unveiled a conjugal coat of arms that represents both Wills and Kate as a married royal couple. The lion of Will‘s coat of arms is married with Kate‘s unicorn to make a new, joint coat of arms for the couple. I dunno what all of this means, exactly, but it sounds so terribly important in British terms, don’t it? More »

Meet the Cambridges
Last week we learned that Prince William and Kate Middleton were rumored to be releasing the first official photos of their newborn son Prince George Alexander Louis in a casual, relaxed manner … and yesterday, they did just that. The British royal family released a couple photos that were taken by Kate‘s father Michael Middleton that feature Prince Wills, Kate, Prince George the family’s pet pooch Lupo. As you can see below, the royals look just about as normal as can be … which is exactly the point, I suppose. Click below to see the newly released family photos of the Cambridges and see how much bigger (not really) little Prince George has grown in the past month. More »
"[Prince George is] a little bit of a rascal"
Just under a month a go the world welcomed the birth of Prince George Alexander Louis, the littlest heir to the British Royal throne and firstborn child of Prince William and Kate Middleton — the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge, and today we get to hear from the new dad himself in his first interview since becoming a father. Prince William sat down with CNN to talk about being a new dad and to answer some very softball questions about his new life as a father. Honestly, the interview doesn’t really provide much breaking information but it’s entirely charming and adorable to see Wills talk so lovingly about his son and his new life as a dad. Check out the interview in the embed above and hear what Prince William has to share about being a father to the little prince.
Is a Royal Selfie On the Way?
Last month we got our first peek at the newborn Prince George Alexander Louis as he left the hospital with his parents Prince William and Kate Middleton but today, we learn that we may get our first official look at the lad very soon. There are reports going around that Wills and Kate want to release Prince George‘s official photo themselves … online. Instead of going the usual official portrait route, it is being reported that the couple may instead take the photo themselves and then share it on social media. The times, they are definitely a-changin’ for the British royal family. More »
It’s been a little over a week since we learned that Prince William and wife Kate Middleton named their first born child Prince George Alexander Louis but today the royal baby’s naming and birth are both all official. The royal couple released to the media the handwritten birth certificate for Prince George which legitimizes his standing as heir to the British royal throne. While most birth certificates that we see here in the US are all official-looking, Prince George‘s is surprisingly not official-looking at all. Click below, have a look. More »
