"I’m doing my best in that area"
Singer Steve Perry left (or was fired from) the band Journey back in 1998 after he suffered a broken hip that precluded him from going on tour with the band. As a result, Perry has repeatedly made very clear that it was highly unlikely that he would ever “stand with the band again”. For years, fans have been hoping against hope that Perry and the rest of Journey would be able to mend fences and reunite … even after Journey found renewed success with new frontman Arnel Pineda. Last year, Steve Perry suffered a cancer scare and that event seems to have softened hearts a bit. Journey guitarist Neil Schon extended an olive branch on social media when he learned of Perry‘s illness and in new interview comments that you can read below, Steve Perry not only seems willing to reunite with his old band … but he says that they are “trying” to make it happen. OMG. Steve Perry and Journey together again?! What?! More »

Bad Wigs Abound
Last week we got to see the Full House reunion that takes place in a yogurt commercial set to air during the Super Bowl this Sunday night but last night, Jimmy Fallon managed to stage another Full House reunion on his talk show Late Night with Jimmy Fallon. As you can see in the video embedded above, Fallon and the men from Full House staged a little skit that, I think, turned out hilariously cute. First for a Super Bowl commercial, then for Jimmy Fallon … do you think another bona fide Full House reunion may be on the way? HMMMM. Check out the video above and see Danny Tanner, Uncle Jesse and Uncle Joey soothe Jimmy Fallon back to sleep with their awesome mullets. Have mercy!
Back in November we first heard the rumor that Outkast is planning to reunite this year at the 2014 installment of the Coachella Valley Arts and Music Festival and today we hear more “confirmation” talk about the rumored reunion. Organized Noize member/producer named Rico Wade casually let slip that Outkast will be performing at Coachella this year in an interview he gave to Stereogum. I tend to believe this latest bit of “confirmation” talk because Wade wasn’t even really talking about Outkast when he let the info slip out, he was talking about his younger cousin Future. The Return of "The Mighty O"
At the start of this year, André 3000 made it very clear that Outkast wouldn’t be reuniting anytime soon … but then, just a few weeks ago, all of that changed when Big Boi himself started hinting openly that the duo were reportedly confirmed to reunite in 2014 for a headlining gig at the Coachella Valley Arts and Music Festival in Indio, CA. This weekend, André and Big Boi DID reunite in Atlanta, GA and we have photographic proof below. The two have been mum on what, exactly, they’re up to but it seems extremely likely that they have begun the behind the scenes work on their much-anticipated musical reunion. More »
Find out what Sleepy Brown has to say
A couple of days ago a rumor started going around that Outkast might headline the 2014 Coachella Valley Arts and Music Festival next spring but at the time, it was all just talk. Today we are hearing “confirmation” that Outkast is not only reuniting for a tour next year but also that they will, supposedly, headline Coachella. Thus far, I’ve yet to see anything directly from Outkast members André 3000 or Big Boi but there are other sources who claim to be confirming the rumor. Read on to learn who is saying what about the return of Outkast. More »

Actor John Stamos celebrated his 50th birthday in Hollywood, CA this week and among the 200 or so guests at his birthday fest were some of his former Full House castmembers. Stamos was joined by his on-screen wife Lori Loughlin as well as his co-star Bob Saget and his TV nieces Candace Bure (née Candace Cameron) and Ashley Olsen. No. I don't think you understand. JT. SLAYYYYEeeeedddd.
So apparently. I was not ready for Justin Timberlake last night! On some real, for real shizz I just became a bigger fan of his than I ever thought I could be, and I’ll tell you why. He. Put. On. A. Show. Like, for reals. JT was the recipient of the Michael Jackson Video Vanguard Award, and he did exactly what you’re supposed to do when you receive any award named after Michael Jackson– he entertained the living bejeezus out of us. Loved his performance, loved his medley of hits, and of course, there was the short but sweet, highly-anticipated *NSync reunion. Everyone was losing their shizz on Facebook when JC Chasez, Lance Bass, Joey Fatone and Chris Kirkpatrick hit the stage with Justin (hai PITNBr Dezden), and I felt like I could lit’rally hear the screams from Brooklyn, LOL. Peep the video for more!
What did you guys think of the performance? Were you disappointed by the reunion performance? Or too psyched to care that it only lasted, like 67 seconds?

But The Reunion Is Sans D. Woods :/
It sounds like there’s a helluva lot going down during the MTV Video Music Awards tonight. Yesterday we basically got confirmation about that *NSync reunion performance, and we also know that folks like Lady Gaga and Kanye West will be hitting the stage. During the last couple of weeks I’ve also been hearing whisperings about a Danity Kane reunion, and now it looks like it’s officially going down! Click inside for more!

Joey Fatone's Father Spills the Beans
Last week a rumor sprung up that claimed that the members of *NSync would be reuniting on stage for a performance (or something) at the 2013 MTV Video Music Awards this weekend. A day later, *NSync member Lance Bass talked about the rumor … without either confirming or denying the reunion report. Today we learn that the reunion is almost certainly going to happen NOT because any member of *NSync has confirmed the rumor … but because Joey Fatone‘s father went ahead and spilled the reunion beans. Once the word got out that the reunion was deffo happening, E! News‘s Marc Malkin was able to sniff more more deets about what the boyband are planning to do for the MTV VMAs on Sunday night. More »

OMFG!! Throwback Thursday becomes FLASHBACK FRIDAY
Holy Shizz, y’all! This is pretty damn AMAZING! Ethan Embry, the actor who played Mark (with a C) in the 1995 movie Empire Records posted a photo on his official Twitter profile that features an impromptu reunion of many of the guys who also star in Empire Records. Ethan doesn’t disclose where the photo was taken or under what circumstances, all we get is an AMAZING group shot photo that features 5 of the Empire guys as they look today (UPDATE: I think the guys took this photo at a screening of Empire Records that took place here in SoCal last night — I COULD KILL MYSELF FOR MISSING IT!!!). Click below to see the full size image and go back in time with me to 1995 so that we can DAMN THE MAN, SAVE THE EMPIRE. More »
