In January we learned that Olympic swimmer/rocket scientist Ryan Lochte managed to score his own reality TV show on E! In February, we got our first look at Ryan in action on his show with a short teaser clip from his show What Would Ryan Lochte Do? that truly showcased his brilliant intelligence. Last week, we got to see a promo poster for Ryan‘s show but today … oh, my friends, today we get to see THE BEST PROMO for the show yet. E! has released a 4 1/2 minute “supertease” trailer that shows us EXACTLY what we can expect when Ryan Lochte‘s reality TV show premieres next month. I don’t think y’all are ready for this … not at all. Check out the embed above and just … watch … the whole way thru. If you can make it to the end of this 4 1/2 minute trailer, then I think you might be able to handle watching WWRLD? in full. You may cringe at the painful secondhand embarrassment but … I implore you to … watch. What Would Ryan Lochte Do? premieres on E! on April 21.
Play to your Strengths

It's 'Jeah' Time
So. That Ryan Lochte reality show that we’ve all been waiting for is finally coming to E! and today we finally get our first look at the series. Based on this sneak peek, it looks like the show will primarily consist of Ryan Lochte‘s abs and Ryan Lochte saying ‘Jeah!’ If you’re into either or both of those things, peep the video for more!
This Is Kind Of Hilarious... And Kind Of Awesome
I know some of y’all could probably use a break from more Beyoncé news, so here it is! Michelle Williams may not be everyone’s favorite member of Destiny’s Child, but maybe she’ll be your new favorite reality TV star… ??? Yeah, I mean. No, probably not. But still! She’s getting her own show, and I’ll be tuning in, if only to catch any possible cameos from my Kelly Rowland, lol. Click inside to learn more!
LOL... Remember 'The Real World'?
LMAO. This is so funny, ’cause I kinda forgot that MTV‘s The Real World was still a thing. But apparently, it is! And season 28 is coming, so get ready. The Real World: Portland just released its first trailer, and it looks like the new season is gonna try to keep up with it’s naughty sister series Bad Girls Club. Both are Bunim/Murray productions and I always thought Jonathan Murray was gonna keep The Real World fairly classy (since he already has one trashy show in BGC… and yes, I watch sometimes), but it looks he’s over that, lol! I mean, the beginning of the trailer starts out kinda deep– you know, pretty kids with, like, real insecurities– but then things get pretty ratchet by the end. Peep the trailer for more! Is anybody still watching this show?
I Don't Know What To Do With This Information
So, it’s official. Reality television has taken over the entire world… and I’m kinda glad my mother isn’t here to see this, LOL. For the record, my parents took me to South Africa and Zimbabwe when I was eight because they were doing research. Both were professors in African and African-American history and I was raised to believe a lot of things– one being that Nelson Mandela is basically a deity. So when I learned that his granddaughter’s were getting a reality show, I couldn’t help but wonder what my Mom would think. But it’s happening. And I need to mentally prepare, so click inside for more!

Finally, Some Sense?!
So, Lindsay Lohan may be struggling with some financial difficulties these days but that doesn’t mean that she’s entirely desperate for money … yet. Word has it that Dancing with the Stars offered Lindsay a sizeable sum to appear and compete on the upcoming new season of their show and Lindsay decided NOT to take them up on their offer. While I find it very difficult to believe that Lindsay has better offers coming in, I have to say, I’m a bit surprised that she decided to say no to DWTS. Either the girl still has some pride left OR she’s finally reached a point where she’s making intelligent decisions … I mean, right? More »
Yes, I'm About To Get On Some Judgemental Ish Real Quick
Earlier this week we learned that All My Babies Mamas, a new reality show that was supposed to come to the Oxygen network, had been cancelled. I know thousands of people everywhere were rejoicing over this news, and while I think it was ultimately for the best, I was definitely a bit reluctant to completely dismiss the series right away. One thing that kept bugging me was that, although Shawty Lo and his 10 different baby mamas were pretty distressing to watch, there are sooo many other shows that are, IMO, just as bad. Enter MTV‘s Teen Mom. At the very least, we could argue that Shawty Lo was a man who was involved in his childrens’s lives. He def didn’t come off like Dad of the Year but at least he and his baby mamas all had custody of their kids! Jenelle from Teen Mom does not have custody of her first son. and if you ever watched the show you know that it’s probably a good thing (although her Mom, who’s raising little Jace, was pretty f’d up in her own special ways). Anyway, Jenelle recently got married and has just announced that she’s expecting a second child. So yeah. I have big plans to judge her and everyone else who supports her– including the folks over at MTV. Join me inside for more! Again, I warn you, I’m really about to judge these people. Okay. You’ve been warned. Don’t judge me back, lmao!

Thank The Gods
Late last month we learned about a really horrible-looking/sounding reality TV series titled All My Babies’ Mamas that focused on rapper Shawty Lo (real name Carlos Walker) and his 11 children by 10 different women — a show that Shannon referred to as the “absolutely worst reality show in history”. I, personally, was not a fan of this idea from the first moment I heard it but in the age of terrible reality TV, I figured this was just the next step toward the demise of our culture. Today we learn that the Oxygen network has decided to not move forward with the series and pull the plug before the show even makes it to air. I guess we can be thankful that the endurance of our society has been saved … for a while longer. More »
Sooo, we have some very good news for those of you who’ve been waiting on more deets about Britney Spears‘s forthcoming album. Recently we’ve gotten confirmation that the album is definitely going down, and we’ve learned that Brit-Brit will be all up in the studio with Hit Boy and (my girl!!!) Ester Dean– which means we can expect some very good things. With this new report, I think it’s fair to say that Britney is taking her return to music very (vurrry) seriously. A close source has confirmed that Britney Spears has quit her job as a judge on The X-Factor! Something tells me that everybody’s pretty much okay with that, lol. Click inside to learn more!
