My good friend Annie Motel will debuting a short film she wrote, directed and stars in at Ham & Eggs Tavern in DTLA tonight and if you’re free, she’d love for you to attend. Action figures, books, TV specials, LEGO play sets and MORE!
After that unsavory business concerning the comments made by Chris Evans and Jeremy Renner earlier today, I’m ecstatic that I have some very positive comic book / superhero news to share right now. DC Comics has announced that the will unveil a line of products designed for female comic book fans. DC Super Hero Girls will be a line of products that will range from books to TV shows, movies to toys and everything in between. While there is no reason that any person of any gender can enjoy anything comic book-related, it’s refreshing to see that DC Comics has decided to gear a line of products specifically for the large portion of their fanbase that is all too often neglected and taken advantage of. Click below to learn more about this exciting new line of superhero stuff coming our way. More »
