Lots Of Fab At The CFDA Fashion Awards
This was a huge week in red carpet fashion, as the annual CFDA Fashion Awards were held at Lincoln Center on Monday night. I was off Tuesday so I didn’t get to share any of the photos, but some of the best looks of the week definitely went down at the event. Nicole Richie, Joan Smalls, and Karlie Kloss had some of my favorite looks from that night, and Miranda Kerr and Kerry Washington both stepped out looking gorgeous at some other events this week. Peep the gallery for more! Oh, and be sure to check out Trent‘s friend Emma Bates Zar– loved the dress she wore to the Much Ado About Nothing premiere!

The 'NY Times' Gives the Film a RAVE Review!
After many months of promo, the new Joss Whedon film adaptation of William Shakespeare‘s Much Ado About Nothing premiered here in LA last night just a few days before it opens this weekend in LA, San Francisco and NYC. As you may know, some of my dear friends are in the film (Emma, Josh and Tom) and they were all in attendance at the premiere event last night … along with the principal stars of the film Amy Acker & Alexis Denisof and, of course, the man himself — Joss Whedon. Click below to see some of the red carpet arrivals photos from the premiere event last night and read excerpts from the just-published movie review by The New York Times (spoiler alert: it’s a RAVE review). She Also Looked Fab At The 'This Is The End' Premiere
Emma Watson just hit up the LA premiere for her new film The Bling Ring, and she looked really sweet in this little Chanel number. I’m used to seeing Emma wearing a lot of color on the red carpet, but recently (at Cannes, for example) she’s been wearing some more sophisticated, darker looks. This Chanel dress is fab, but still really fun. A few days ago the actress also attended the LA premiere for This Is The End, wearing a Roland Mouret bustier pants suit– I absolutely loved her hair at the premiere so I included a few pics from that one as well. Brangelina Attend the London Premiere of 'World War Z'
Back in mid-May, we learned the shocking news that actress Angelina Jolie decided to undergo a preventative double mastectomy operation to circumvent the high likelihood that she would develop breast cancer. Since that news came out, we saw Jolie on the cover of Time magazine but she has kept completely out of public sight … until now. Earlier today in England, Angelina attended the London premiere of fiancée Brad Pitt‘s new film World War Z in Leicester Square. Today’s red black carpet appearance is Angelina‘s first public appearance since her surgery … and as you can see in the photos below, she looks amazing! More »
Love, Love, LOVE.
I just spent 2-3 minutes on Rose Byrne‘s IMDB page trying to figure out why I’m so into her, and it was hilarious. I have literally seen, like, none of her movies… but at least 5 of them are on my must-watch-soon list (The Place Beyond The Pines and I Give It A Year, for example). The only thing I can really remember seeing her in is Troy, which is hilarious. So note to self: get current with Rose Byrne. Still, every time I see her on the red carpet I’m all like Oh, I love her! LOL, and today was no different. The actress hit up the LA premiere of The Internship donning this gorgeous, powder-pink Emilio Pucci dress. I am absolutely in love with this little dress, and I’m kind of into those satin Ferragamo pumps too. Peep the gallery for more! You likey?

The Louis Vuitton Look
Look. We all know who was best-dressed at The Immigrant premiere at Cannes. Marion Cotillard was absolutely stunning in Christian Dior, but my girl Karlie Kloss has also been looking pretty hawt on the red carpet. She attended the premiere of Marion‘s new movie rocking this dove grey feather festooned Louis Vuitton number, and while I wasn’t a huge fan of the dress I love, love, loved Karlie‘s hair and make-up. Peep the gallery for more! These ladies have really been putting in that werk!

Bow Down, Bitches.
OMG, I’m exhausted. Do you have any idea how exhausting it is to obsess over a woman like this? It’s exhausting y’all. But I just can’t stop. Marion Cotillard. I can’t deal. She shows up to the premiere of her new movie with Jeremy Renner (The Immigrant) at the Cannes Film Festival, and it was ov-ah. Everyone knew she was gonna wear Christian Dior but my gawd, this dress is perfect! I know, I know– it’s so simple, but I cannot get over how amazing she looks. She also wore white to the photocall earlier today, but opted for an Alexander McQueen dress. I love that dress too (and included it in the gallery), but she is the woman of dreams in that Christian Dior. Can’t deal. Love this woman. Exhausted. I apologize if I overdid it with all the pics in the gallery. Wait, no I don’t. It’s Marion!

All About Cannes
This week practically all of the fabulous red carpet fashion went down at the 2013 Cannes Film Festival. Jennifer Lawrence, Marion Cotillard, Nicole Kidman, and pretty much everyone who’s anyone was in attendance, and they all had some fabulous looks this week. It’s impossible for me to pick a favorite, but supermodel Cara Delevingne and Zhang Yuqi both looked pretty amazing. And I’ve been really digging Carey Mulligan‘s red carpet looks for her Great Gatsby promo appearances. Peep the gallery for more!

The 'Short Hurr Don't Curr' Look Is Really Working For Her
Earlier today we got to check out some photos of Marion Cotillard at the 2013 Cannes Film Festival. Another face of Dior is in the building as well; Jennifer Lawrence hit up the red carpet for the premiere of Jimmy P. (Psychotherapy of a Plains Indian). J-Law donned a Christian Dior gown, which some folks thought wasn’t fancy schmancy enough for a Cannes premiere. I think the dress is a little understated, but Jennifer still looks beautiful and I’m really beginning to love, love, love this haircut on her. Plus, I’m guessing she’ll pull out all the stops for her own premiere. Peep the gallery for more! What do you think of the look?

Yesterday we got to see a fabulous new W Magazine spread featuring rising star Emma Watson. Emma looked absolutely gorgeous in the old Hollywood-styled photos, and it looks like she’s continuing to develop that mature look. Emma hit up the red carpet at the Cannes Film Festival premiere of her new movie The Bling Ring, and, IMO, she looked nearly perfect. Rocking a beautiful Chanel Couture gown, Emma has that fresh-faced young look for which we’ve known her, but with just the right amount of sophistication and grace. I am in love with this look on her! Peep the gallery for more!
