PITNBr Monicaaa Keeps It Real With Miley Cy
What an insane week of insane insanity. First of all, Xmas 2013 happened and it was kind of a big deal. And then there’s the fact that our Trent has been having the best week ever in Tokyo, Japan. I’ve been working hard putting together some really fun round-ups for the end of the year, so I haven’t had a chance to post comments over the last couple of weeks. But I couldn’t skip out tonight because this is officially the last Sunday of 2013! Let’s celebrate the awesomeness of you PITNBrs one last time this year!

Merry Xmas to all y’all in the US but it’s already December 26th here in Japan so … Happy Boxing Day to my beloved Canucks and Brits!! Adriana and I decided that we wanted to spend our Xmas Day having fun at the Tokyo Disneyland and DisneySea theme parks and boy, did we go all out. We managed to get out of the house, onto the train and to the park relatively early in the day … and were met with THRONGS of other people who also decided that Xmas Day was the perfect day to enjoy Disney. Despite the crowds, we did have a really amazing time. Most of our day/night was spent oohing and ahhhing at everything we saw. As a big Disney fan, it was really fun getting to experience a couple of totally different and totally amazing parks on the other side of the planet … and all on Xmas day!. More »

What a week, y’all. What a week! Between that hilarious Conan O’Brien/Kevin Hart/Ice Cube video, one of the greatest episodes of Scandal ever, and the out-of-the-Blue-[Ivy] new album from the one they call Beyoncé, this was an absolutely epic week in epic-ry. I don’t even know how the rest of 2013 plans to compare, because I can’t imagine it getting much better than this. As usual, you amazing PITNBrs were right here, commenting on all the madness with your hilarious and clever quips. So click inside for just a few of the most awesome comments from the past week!
PITNBr EAW Finds The Good In Miley's AMA Look
Can we please talk about the fact that it’s December 1st??!!?? When/how did that happen? This is that insane part of the year where we get to look back and wonder at where all the friggen time went. And to be honest, these last couple of weeks have been kind of a blur to me. Between some light-to-heavy sleep deprivation and the cutest baby ever constantly trying to distract me with his… super-duper cuteness, I can’t even believe I’m functioning. Oh, and I also checked out mentally after that Bound 2 video happened. But if this week taught us nothing else, we learned that for every Bound 2 video, there is a Bound 3. And that, my friends, is the most important lesson of all. LMAO… wait. What? Click inside for a wee bit of PITNBr awesomeness!
PITNBr Terry Lindsay Haddix And ALL Of You Win!!!
This was a very special week in pop culture, but a very difficult week for avid Kanye West fans the world over. I have continuously expressed my love for Kanye; I have hailed him a [musical] god and I nearly lost my mind when I found out that Bound 2 was going to be the next single off of my favorite album of the year Yeezus. I just knew the video was going to be all kinds of epic. I just didn’t know that it would be an epic fail. Luckily, you guys were there to walk me through it with some of the awesomest comments ever. So this week we’re having a special Kimye edition of the roundup. Click inside for more!
PITNBr Caitland Has A Helpful Message For Miley Cyrus
When I think about this week in pop culture, I can’t really get past that Scandal episode. Whooo! I was not ready and I’m still not ready for how that ish went down. But there was other real world drama going down, such as Miley Cyrus‘s Europe Music Awards outfit, Justin Bieber‘s Brazilian hook ups, and… wait… Yeah, no. I can’t stop thinkin’ about that episode. But we do have some awesomeness to get to, so click inside for more!
PITNBr darcy, FTW!
OMG, I had an absolute blast rounding up comments from the past week. Between Justin Bieber screwing around (lit’rally… reportedly) in South America, a slew of amazing celebrity red carpet looks, and a seriously awesome Revenge recap, we had a great week. And seeing as how this week is kicking off with a holiday– which means many of you are having the best Monday ever– I’m expecting more awesomeness for next week’s roundup. But let’s get inside and laugh our collective asses off at some of the biggest comment wins!
PITNBr EAW, Thanks For The 'Sex And The City' Memories
This was a seriously fun week in pop culture. Celebrity Hallowe’en costumes took over the world, friggen Kerry Washington is [reportedly] pregnant, and we finally, finally got to see the face of Amber Rose and Wiz Khalifa‘s baby boy. Things have also been heating up on some of our favorite shows, and we had some great episode recaps of both Revenge and Scandal. Click inside for just a little taste of the awesome comments we had from PITNB readers this week!
PITNBr Mela Nailed It

So, let me tell you about my Friday. A few years ago, PITNB reader Erin Meyers asked if I would answer some questions about blogging for an academic project she was working on and earlier this year, she sent me a copy of the book that her project became. Erin teaches at Oakland University here in the Detroit area and she asked if I would be able to come in and speak to her honors class about the blog. I said yes and yesterday was the day. It had been many years since I stood in front of a class room so I was a bit nervous but her students were great and the class lecture flew by. After class, I made my way downtown to pick up my race materials for the Detroit Marathon tomorrow and then last night, I made my way out to Royal Oak for a late dinner at Little Tree. It was a bizzy but very fun day. More »
