It's All About The Hurr
We’ve seen Kate Moss get hella NSFW, but who knew her hair was gonna get in on the action too?! I am sooo loving this new spread for i-D Magazine’s pre-Spring issue. Kate is wearing everyone from Prada to Dior, to Maison Martin Margiela, but it’s all about her hair. Photographed by Daniele & Iango, the super(duper)model is puttin’ in that werk. It all feels very 80s, and then very 70s; it’s Kate! Peep the gallery for more! And go to the i-D website to see allll of Kate‘s covers for the magazine– she’s been rocking with them for the past 20 years.

"Everything we’re doing now is shaping who she eventually becomes"
The CW prequel series The Carrie Diaries, which tells the tale of young Carrie Bradshaw before her grown-up Sex and the City days, has become my favorite new TV show of the new season so you can imagine my excitement when I learned that Carrie Diaries actor Austin Butler is featured in the new issue of Bello magazine. For all intents and purposes, Butler plays Sebastian Kydd — Carrie‘s teenage “Mr. Big“, the main guy she is crazy in love with. Even tho the show has only aired 5 episodes, you can already see the complicated and, may I add, cute nature of Carrie‘s relationship with Sebastian. Click below to see some of Austin‘s photos from his Bello feature and read some excerpts from his accompanying interview. More »
Plus Read Some Excerpts from her Coverstory Interview
Over the weekend we got our first look at Beyoncé‘s newest Vogue magazine coverphoto, which was leaked online by a fan, and today we get to see photos from her Vogue photospread and read some excerpts from her coverstory interview. Before Beyoncé‘s Vogue feature in this Power issue was leaked, it was rumored that she was photographed by famed photographer Annie Leibovitz … but, in fact, she was photographed by Patrick Demarchelier. As you can see below, Bey looks elegant in her Vogue photos (even the underwear shot is classy) and as you can read in the accompanying interview excerpts, Bey talks openly about the birth of her first child and has already got baby number 2 on her mind … HMMM. Check it out. More »
For the past few weeks we’ve been hearing rumors that Beyoncé would be gracing the cover of Vogue magazine sometime soon, today we get confirmation that Bey is Vogue‘s latest covergirl. Before her Super Bowl Halftime Show and before she announced the Mrs. Carter Show Tour, a leaked image of Beyoncé started making the rounds that was rumored to be part of her Vogue shoot … it was not. An industrious fansite managed to get their hands on an actual copy of Bey‘s issue of Vogue and they share the goods with all of us. Get your first look at Beyoncé‘s Vogue cover below. More »
The Return of the 'Ringer' Star
Yesterday we saw photos of actor Thomas Mann as featured in the new Hollywood Issue of Bello magazine. Today we get to see his Beautiful Creatures co-star Zoey Deutch also featured in Bello. You may recognize Zoey from her work in the EXCELLENT TV series Ringer that was unjustly cancelled before it’s time … and you may be very surprised (as I was) to learn that she is the daughter of actress Lea Thompson (Back to the Future) and director Howard Deutch (Pretty in Pink). So cool, right? I loved her in Ringer and I’m sure I’ll love her in Beautiful Creatures … AND as the star of the film adaptation of the Vampire Academy book series. Click thru the gallery to see her Bello photos and click below to read excerpts from her accompanying interview. More »
The 'Hollywood' Issue
The new issue of Bello magazine is out and featured on the cover of this month’s Hollywood issue is actor Thomas Mann, one of the stars of the new supernatural film franchise Beautiful Creatures (based on the book series of the same name). I actually became a fan of Thomas when I saw him in the insanely ridiculous 2011 film Project X. I missed seeing that movie in theaters but I’ve watched it on cable a few times. I have to admit, I’m really intrigued by Beautiful Creatures … any film that stars Emma Thompson, Jeremy Irons, Viola Davis and Emmy Rossum has got to be worth seeing. In any event, tho, this post is about Thomas … click thru the gallery to see some photos from his Bello spread (shot by the hugely talented Aleksandar Tomovic) and click below to read some excerpts from his coverstory interview. ESPN The Magazine rounded up a bunch of sports stars for a photoshoot where each athlete recreates an iconic album cover. Ryan Lochte, swimmer, was chosen to recreate the album cover for Nirvana‘s 1991 album Nevermind. As you can see below in a side-by-side comparison, Lochte manages to look like the Nevermind baby floating in water … but it’s the interview excerpts that really show that Lochte possibly has the same IQ of the baby in question. The guy is pretty … but dumb as rocks, y’all. Click below to see Ryan Lochte as the Nevermind baby and read what the rocket scientist has to say about the shoot. More »
"I love carbs"
Former Game of Thrones star Jason Momoa is featured on the cover and in the pages of the new issue of Men’s Health magazine. In his coverstory interview, Jason reveals what it takes for a man of his beefy stature to get as beefily statured as he does. His accompanying photospread features the actor fully clothed (boo) but throwing some really cool, many punch poses (yay?) AND he shows off his new short hair’do. Click below to see Momoa‘s Men’s Health coverphoto, read some excerpts from his interview and check out his punchy photospread photos. More »
Not All her Boobs, Just the Insides
Popstar/actress Miley Cyrus is featured on the cover and in the pages of the new issue of Cosmopolitan magazine and as you can see below, she is baring more than her soul on the cover. In attempt, I’m guessing, to look more grown up, Miley is provocatively showing a considerable amount of boobage in her coverphoto. Inside the mag, she shares more of what’s inside … like her feelings about her famous BFFs, her feelings about her fiancée Liam Hemsworth and her feelings on having a big wedding (which, she claims, she’s not interested in having).
