First Look: Zoe Saldana Was Spotted On The Set Of The Nina Simone Biopic

So, the Nina Simone biopic is in full effect. Filming has started and today we get our first look at Zoe Saldana as the late, great jazz singer. She’s wearing tons of make-up to darken her skin, as well as facial prosthetics (for her nose), and, necessarily, an afro wig. Now I’ve already ranted and raved about this casting choice (and the disturbing racial implications thereof) and I am not going back to that dark place, lol. Plus, all my Facebook friends are pretty much taking care of that for me. This movie is happening y’all. The ‘RoboCop’ Remake Has Been Pushed Back To 2014

Last week we saw some really cool photos from the set of the RoboCop remake film and today we get to see a few more really cool photos from the set. But, while filming production continues in Toronto, we learn today that Sony Pictures has decided to delay the release of RoboCop from 2013 to 2014. Apparently, the move was due in part to 3D conversion as well as the delay of another film titled Elysium that was supposed to come out sooner. That film was delayed to the original date that RoboCop was to be released and, therefore, Robo got pushed back so as not to compete with the other Sony Pictures film. Last month we got our first look at actor Joel Kinnaman in character as RoboCop on the set of the reboot film. Today we get to see a whole slew of new photos that were snapped on the Toronto set of RoboCop. As you can see below, Kinnaman is rockin’ the new RoboCop costume and we get our first look at Michael Keaton on set as the villainous Raymond Sellars. Michael Fassbender Joins Christian Bale And Ryan Gosling In Their New Flick

This new Terrence Malick film is starting to sound out-of-control amazing. The director who brought us The Tree Of Life and The New World just finished shooting Knight Of Cups, which stars Christian Bale, Natalie Portman, Cate Blanchett, and Freida Pinto. The Oscar-nominated director is now in Austin, Texas shooting his next film which has such an amazing cast, I don’t know what do with myself! Michael Fassbender is now on board with the currently untitled project, along with Ryan Gosling, Rooney Mara and a host of others. Click inside to learn more!

We’ve been seeing pictures here and there of Scarlett Johansson and Jessica Biel on the set of the forthcoming Alfred Hitchcock-inspired film Hitchcock. Today People magazine published some official photos of the movie’s two leading ladies and, although nothing has been quite as impressive as that first image of Anthony Hopkins as Hitchcock, these photos still have me pretty excited! Filming Production On ‘Iron Man 3′ Resumes

Back in May we got our first look at the Iron Patriot character on the set of the forthcoming sequel film Iron Man 3. Today, all these months later, we get to see new photos from the set. As I understand it, filming is still taking place because star Robert Downey, Jr. was injured on set over the Summer, halting production. Daniel Radcliffe Gets Horny On The Set Of His New Film

Daniel Radcliffe, of Harry Potter fame, returns to the genre of supernatural films in his forthcoming new movie Horns (which is based on the novel by the same name written by Stephen King‘s son Joe Hill) and in a new promo photo released from the film set, DanRad shows off just how horny he gets for the role. Horns tells the tale of a young man who inexplicably begins to sprout actual horns from his head and as you can see below, it’s an interesting look for the film’s star Daniel Radcliffe. Earlier today we learned that filming production has begun on the forthcoming third season of the HBO series Game of Thrones. Right now we learn that filming production has also begun on another of our fave pop culture obsessions as well. The sequel film The Hunger Games: Catching Fire has begun principal filming in Atlanta, GA this week and none other than Josh Hutcherson (who plays Peeta Mellark) was spotted on set. So, photographers recently got some shots of Ryan Gosling making his way through the Los Angeles airport LAX and he seemed to have a ladyfriend with him. Now I’m not one to gossip (she said, while writing for a gossip blog), but if you look at the pics in the gallery, the cute lil’ brunette behind Gosling is said to have been walking with Gosling. Which might mean that she is… with Gosling, with Gosling, if you can catch my subtle drift. Truth be told, she could totally just be another traveler making her way through LAX, but ya never know! Ryan has been out and about scouting locations for his directorial debut, How To Catch A Monster.

I honestly can’t think of many things scarier than the thought of Justin Bieber playing with a loaded gun so, yeah, you can understand my initial freak out.
