Kristen Stewart Is Confirmed To Attend The Red Carpet Premiere Of ‘On The Road’

Recently we’ve been getting word about Kristen Stewart dropping out of (or getting dropped from) her upcoming projects, leaving many of us to believe that her intention is to say as far away from the limelight as possible. A sequel (or spinoff) to Snow White And The Huntsman is supposed to take place without Kristen (although if you read this article posted by PITNBR Krissy this is not news, nor was Kristen actually dropped), and we found out that the actress did indeed drop out of her upcoming film, Cali. Many people are wondering when she will make her next appearance and we now have confirmation (granted, from the ever-mysterious ‘source’) that Kristen Stewart will attend the red carpet premiere of her highly-anticipated film On The Road, a movie based on the classic Jack Kerouac novel. Honestly? Video gaming never looked/sounded so cool. Apparently Sleeping Dogs is a crime drama video game that, essentially, allows you to become Emma Stone (she voices one of the characters, Amanda Cartwright). I am so not a gamer but I would totally become one if it involved close contact (sort of) with the one they call Emma. Which is why I’m currently nursing some serious jealousy issues towards Shenae Grimes and Audrina Patridge, who got to play this game all night long at Dim Mak Studios in Hollywood, while looking (naturally) ultra-sexy. I’m gonna need to call them later and ask about what happened to my invite, because they look like they were having a blast with Sleeping Dogs, while I was most likely doing the dishes. Not cool. But the pics are cool (especially the one of the fish tank), and we’ve got a few in the gallery. Checkie out! Any gamers out there? What have I been missing?!

Get Ready For ‘Scandal’ Season Two!

I started watching ABC‘s Scandal (from the great mind of the Grey’s Anatomy creator Shonda Rimes) on Hulu the other day and did not stop until I had completed the entire first season. I won’t get into the emotional roller coaster that the show put me on, or the eternal beauty that is Kerry Washington, or all of the philosophical and social quandaries the show throws at us, even as it functions as a way for viewers to live out all of their secret fantasies (for if you get involved as much as I did, you practically become Olivia Pope– savior, crime solver, presidential lover extraordinaire). I won’t go into those things right now; that show deserves its own pop culture theory post and I’m working on that as we speak. For now, let’s just focus on the simple fact that Season 2 is coming!!! Don’t act like you haven’t been scouring the internet looking for latest on the MADNESS that was yesterday’s Confessions Part III courtesy of Kristen Stewart. Yeah. Usher doesn’t have ish on her. I’m pretty sure there’s nothing worse than having somebody tell the world that they cheated on you. Oh and that they’re really sorry. Oh, and they love you sooo much. Lol, okay. Here’s my own confession: I have “issues” with people “cheating” because I may or may not have been a “cheater” for quite some time until the day I got “cheated on” and since then I’ve been especially hard on “cheaters” mainly to deal with my own emotional “issues” surrounding the “topic.” I used lots of air quotes so you wouldn’t know which part I was being sarcastic about or not. Totally worked, right? There. Now that I’ve gotten that off my chest, let’s deal with this tragedy in the only way I know how to deal with tragedies of this magnitude: humor. Very funny, over-the-top, somewhat frightening reactions to Kristen Stewart and Rupert Sanders‘s scandal heard ’round the world, inside.

Lindsay Lohan, Paris Hilton and Nicky Hilton staged a reunion of former Hollywood “It” Girls in SoCal last night so that they could celebrate a friend’s birthday and party like it was 2004 again. Paris‘s BFF and former reality TV co-star Allison Melnick, who appeared on the failed reality TV series The World According to Paris, celebrated her birthday in West Hollywood and not only managed to get the Hilton sisters to attend but wrangled Lindsay Lohan to make an appearance as well! American icons like pilot Amelia Earhart, athlete Brandi Chastain, First Lady Michelle Obama and the inspirational symbol of female empowerment Rosie the Riveter (who was based on a real woman named Rose Will Monroe) are honored in the new issue of Glamour magazine which has enlisted a group of young Hollywood starlet to portray various female American icons in an amazing new photo shoot. Britney Spears Shares Hometown Photos With Her Sons

BritneySpears.com has been updated with a whole slew of photos of Britney Spears with her sons Sean Preston and Jayden James all dressed up for Bryan Spears‘s wedding day, which took place in the Spears‘ hometown in Louisiana on New Year’s Eve. Here is a supercute pic of Britney with her young sons on uncle Bryan‘s big day:


Check out these awesome pictures of Britney, her mom Lynne and her boys Jayden James and Sean Preston! The photos were taken just before they all headed out to brother Bryan’s Louisiana wedding on New Year’s Eve! We hear Britney had a great time during her holiday stay in her home state and that it was super chill, with lots of working out and spending time with her whole family!

Britney Spears’s Twitter Account Gets Hacked!

For the past few days, people who use the micro-blogging site Twitter have been falling victim to a flaw in the site’s system security and have had their passwords compromised and their accounts hacked into. It would appear that Britney Spears‘s official Twitter account as been compromised as well as I *just* received a new Twitter update from her account profile that reads thus:


I mean, I suppose it’s in the realm of possibility that Britney might choose to alert her Twitter followers as to the size specifications of her genitals but … yeah, I think she got hacked. I wonder how long until her tech admin folks get the situation under control … I also wonder if the hackers plan to send out more messages under Britney‘s account?

In other BSpears news, she has been hard at work planning and casting folks for her upcoming concert tour. Here are a couple pics of Britters as she made her way into dance auditions in Hollywood yesterday with Coca Cola firmly in her freshly manicured hand:


I kinda love the bathrobe … she looks so divaish. The Circus starring Britney Spears Tour opens in New Orleans, LA in about 2 months and they’re still auditioning dancers? I hope that everything is OK and that things will be ready to go at the appointed time the tour is supposed to start. It seems like an awful lot still needs to get done in a short amount of time. Do any of y’all think that we should be worried?
