Game Over, THEY WIN EVERYTHING
Hallowe’en is *just* getting started here on the East Coast (6PM ET) but I’m ready to call it game over because Beyoncé and her daughter Blue Ivy have already won the night. Bey posted a photo of her Hallowe’en costume on her official Instagram profile showing her dressed as Janet Jackson, from the Rhythm Nation era. But as amazing as Beyoncé looks as Janet, she is upstaged by her daughter Blue Ivy who is dressed for Hallowe’en this year as Michael Jackson, from the Beat It era. Folks, their costumes are E-V-E-R-Y-D-A-M-N-T-H-I-N-G. Have a look below. More »
"Tricks and treats!"
Hallowe’en has always been a favorite holiday for Joan and Melissa Rivers so it was only natural that Melissa would want to remember her mother on the Throwback Thursday before Hallowe’en this year. Joan and Melissa have dressed up in a lot of fun costumes over the years but for TBT yesterday, Melissa shared a simple photo on her official Instagram profile of the two of them at an event that they attended back in 2004 … 10 years before Joan‘s tragic death. I know that Melissa is still hurting very much over the loss of her mother so photo shares like this must be very bittersweet for her. More »

Yesterday afternoon I made the cross-country trek from LA to NYC where I will be spending the weekend and where I will be running the NY Marathon on Sunday morning. The flight was a breeze and I met a very nice man whose wife is also running the marathon this weekend so it was nice chatting with him about the race. I met up with my friends Sarah and Mark, who are also in town this weekend and we made our way to Brooklyn where we are staying this time around. After we dropped off our bags, we hit the town for some pizza and booze. Our NY adventure is officially underway. More »

It’s Hallowe’en Day and while everybody else is putting the finishing touches on the costumes that they’ll be wearing on the town tonight, Taylor Swift has already got her costume situation all sorted out. Just a few hours ago (already), Taylor posted a photo on her official Instagram profile revealing to the world that she is going to be a PEGACORN for Hallowe’en this year. And what, pray tell, is a PEGACORN? Click below and find out. More »

Never forget Ellen Minaj
Every year I’m all like, “Is this the year I’m gonna dress up for Hallowe’en?” And so far the answer’s been “no.” But looking at these awesome celebrity Hallowe’en costumes definitely gives me some ideas. So… maybe next year? Peep the gallery for more! (I think Ellen DeGeneres as Nicki Minaj is still the GOAT.)

While celebs are having fun here in SoCal at various pumpkin patches around town, NYC is getting in on the pumpkin patch fun with a new pop-up pumpkin patch that is themed around the Fox TV series Sleepy Hollow. To promote the pumpkin patch at NYC Greenmarket, Sleepy Hollow actors Tom Mison and John Noble were joined by the Headless Horsemen today for a press photo op that looked really fun. I can’t say that I’m loving Tom Mison in these photos as much as I do on the show (with his long hair wig) but he deffo looks good nonetheless. This looks like fun, I hope you New Yorkers are able to get out and partake in the fun this Hallowe’en.
Last week we learned the joyous news that November 5, 2014 will be Britney Day in the city of Las Vegas, NV in honor of our very own dear Britney Spears and today we get to see a personal video from Brit herself inviting us to join her in celebrating her day with her. In all actuality, Britney‘s invite seems more geared toward people named Britney but an invite is an invite so click below to see it. More »

With one week left to go before I run the New York Marathon next weekend, I had one last race to run here in SoCal ahead of my big race. I made my way down to Huntington Beach, CA for the Surf City 10 Miler race early yesterday morning for one last long run along the Pacific Ocean. The rest of my day was spent recovering on the couch … and it was glorious. Last night, I was invited by a group of friends to attend Halloween Horror Nights at Universal Studios and even tho I hate hate HATE haunted houses, I bit the bullet for last night’s event and had a super fun, thankfully not-too-scary night with some great friends. Y'all ain't ready...
The best part of my day is usually when Trent sees fit to tag me in a new Devonte Antonio Instagram post. I KNOW it’s gonna be some shizz, lol! Now, the best part about this new video is that, being a non-video game person, I actually had to Google “Ocarina” LMAO. But, whether you’ve played Legend of Zelda or not, I promise this will be the greatest thing you’ve seen all day (right up there with those foul-mouthed feminist princesses, and the lady who wants to be Nicki Minaj).
