Paris Hilton and Doug Reinhardt got into an epic fight early this morning … so much so the LAPD responded to a call — “Drunk people arguing” — this, according to law enforcement sources. It happened a few hours ago in the Hollywood Hills. An eyewitness tells us he saw Paris in her driveway and Doug getting in his car, when Paris began screaming, “Don’t go, don’t go!” The eyewitness tells us Doug got out of the car and the lovebirds began “shoving each other.” The last the eyewitness saw Paris and Doug go back up the driveway. According to law enforcement, cops spoke to Paris and left.

HMMM … if memory serves, this is something like the fourth time that Pug Dilton got into some sort of argument that involved physical contact between the feuding parties. Just a couple of weeks ago, it was reported that Doug tried to choke Paris but the incident was laughed off as they were “only joking” and were seen making out in public the next day to try and brush the incident under the rug. As much as I think that Paris and Doug are the perfect kind of people for one another, I have a horrible feeling that their relationship is unhealthy (to say the least) and possibly dangerous (at the very worst). My guess is that nothing will come of this latest incident … my hope is that these altercations do not escalate into something worse.

Former Miss California USA Carrie Prejean apparently does not want to discuss why she and pageant officials decided to settle a pair of lawsuits. Prejean threatened to walk off the set during an interview with CNN’s Larry King Tuesday after King asked what motivated her drop her claim. After Prejean told him the settlement was “confidential” King responded, “You can’t even say why you settled?” Prejean called the talk show host, “inappropriate” and took off her microphone in the middle of the interview. She also mouthed to someone off set that she was going to leave the show. Prejean, a 22-year-old San Diego native, sued the pageant’s co-executive directors, Keith Lewis and former Miss USA Shanna Moakler, as well as pageant publicist Roger Neal, on allegations of libel, slander and religious discrimination in Los Angeles Superior Court in August. K2 Productions countersued in October, asking to be reimbursed $5,200 for the beauty queen’s breast implants. No details on the terms of the settlement have been released, however, it’s rumored a solo sex tape starring Prejean helped move things along. Prejean has said in TV appearances that she made the video for a boyfriend when she was 17 and now regrets making it. “It’s embarrassing even talking about this right now,” she said. “I’ve been on national TV discussing the worst mistake of my life. I mean, how many people are comfortable doing that?” Prejean is currently promoting her new book titled “Still Standing,” in which she writes negatively about pornography. Prejean claimed she was stripped of her title in June because she said she opposed gay marriage during the Miss USA pageant. Pageant officials said she was fired for not fulfilling her obligations as Miss California USA and had missed several scheduled appearances.

Well, to be honest, I can understand why this woman who is now trying to ride the wave of Conservative Christian celebrity would not want to talk about her solo sex tape (or, for that matter, those topless photos of hers) but when you go on a TV talk show to be interviewed, you have to expect that there will be questions asked of you. I do not believe that Larry King was inappropriate by any stretch of the imagination … in fact, Larry King is the one TV interviewer that asks THE MOST benign (ie. boring) questions of his interviewees. In his custody fight for son Tripp, Levi Johnston says he’s up against a powerful foe: Sarah Palin. Johnston, 19, claims the former vice presidential candidate has been part of an effort to keep Tripp away from Johnston by exerting influence on 19-year-old daughter Bristol, who is Tripp’s mother. “She has a big impact on what Bristol does and thinks,” Johnston tells Entertainment Tonight. “Bristol looks up to Sarah. I don’t know why they just don’t want me in his life.” But Johnston insists he doesn’t fear Palin as he gets ready to sue for joint custody. “She ain’t nothing,” he says. “Just because she ran for vice president and was the governor of Alaska, doesn’t intimidate me. Sarah has no legal thing on Tripp, she’s just the grandmother.” He adds: “By the end of the year we’re gonna go to court for joint custody. I’m just done with it. When there’s a kid involved you ain’t walking away.” When Johnston announced his intention to sue for custody, Palin’s camp did not respond to requests for comment. But her lawyer, Thomas Van Flein, told Britain’s The Guardian on Oct. 30, “Other than noting that Tripp’s father is always welcome to visit his son, we are unable to respond to these allegations as it is inappropriate to discuss child custody matters publicly.”

Um … yeah, but before Levi Johnston goes to court to fight for custody rights, he’s going to pose nekkid for Playgirl magazine. I don’t know that that is the wisest course of actions if he is truly intent on proving to the court that he deserves custodial rights to his child but … I wish him the best of luck. Levi Johnston arrived in New York this week to shoot his upcoming nude photo spread for Playgirl, and in an exclusive interview with Life & Style the Alaskan stud reveals, “I’m as ready as I’ve ever been.” “It’s happening Nov. 13, 14 and 15,” Daniel Nardicio, a rep for the man-candy magazine, confirms to Life & Style. “It’s going to be glamorous. I wanted to revamp the magazine’s image, and Levi’s contemporary, hot, athletic and controversial.” And he certainly has his fans, including comedian Kathy Griffin. But Levi also has the gay community swooning — something Playgirl is banking on because it has a sizable gay readership. “I don’t have a problem with it,” Levi tells Life & Style. “If I’m a gay icon, so be it. I guess it’s a compliment.” To prepare for the spread, the 5-foot-9, 170-pound hottie has been hitting the gym and sticking to a strict diet that includes moose meat! And while Levi’s hoping all the hard work pays off, he’s aware his fame may be fleeting. “I could go out and do movies, maybe one day even end up as a celebrity,” he says. “If it doesn’t work out, I’ll just go back to being a licensed electrician like everyone else in my family.”

In an explosive recorded audio conversation obtained exclusively by RadarOnline.com, Dina Lohan reveals her anguish over a failed attempt to get her daughter Lindsay Lohan into rehab and what she calls the “mess” that resulted from trying to give her an intervention. The taped phone call, made in September of 2008, is between Dina and Lindsay’s dad, Michael Lohan. “You don’t even know what I’d go through trying to get her into, like, rehab and stuff,” Dina is heard telling Michael. “She’d like, punch me in the face, kick me out of the car…like you don’t know the (expletive) I went through trying to get her an intervention by myself. It was very difficult.” Dina continues, “She’s really sad and really hurt and really…despondent. I told her not to go to L.A. at 18…she did. I couldn’t leave these other three (Dina’s three other kids with Michael) to go get her and it was, like, a mess.” Michael Lohan has publically claimed his concern for Lindsay’s life and that she has an addiction to prescription pills and that ex-wife Dina is lying about his intentions to the press. On Wednesday, RadarOnline.com released a heart wrenching audio tape of a distraught and hysterical Lindsay, sobbing to her father about her life. The recording sparked immediate controversy about why Lohan would publically disclose something so private about his daughter. In an exclusive interview with RadarOnline.com, Lohan says he only released the personal audio tapes because he’s afraid for his daughter’s life, and he’s tired of being targeted as the bad guy. “I admit, I’m being a bit selfish in releasing the tapes,” he told us. “But I’m tired of being lied about. I’m tired of Dina and others making me out to be someone I’m not, so now I’m going to prove to the world who the real liars are.”

I understand Michael Lohan plans to release more recorded phone conversations out of “concern” for his daughter … I guess he feels that by hurting and publicly embarrassing Lindsay as much as he can, she will run to his waiting arms so that he can have access and mebbe control of her person (and finances?). In my opinion, his decision to publicly release these recordings only goes further in exposing him for the kind of person that he truly is. Lindsay herself posted a series of messages on her official Twitter profile to give her opinion on her father’s actions. If this attempt to care for this daughter can teach us anything, it is that Michael Lohan truly is a toxic parrot … just like NeNe Leakes says he is.

It’s a shocking side of actress Lindsay Lohan we’ve never heard or seen before — three minutes of a recorded audio tape revealing her heart-wrenching and desperate plea for help. The tape, obtained exclusively by RadarOnline.com, is the first of several which were recorded from phone calls Lindsay and her mom Dina made to Lindsay’s dad Michael Lohan. Lindsay’s father has been publicly saying that she needs help and is in a fragile state. He released this tape in an attempt to prove his point and to disprove those around Lindsay who are saying she’s fine. The tape reveals a tortured and inconsolable Lindsay. At times she wails and sobs uncontrollably— at others, she whimpers like a child as she complains about problems with her family and ex-girlfriend Samantha Ronson. “Mommy says that I’m worse than you were,” Lindsay can be heard crying to her dad. “And she’s defending…She doesn’t back me…she doesn’t stand by me.” Lindsay continues, “No one cares about me. They don’t, by the way. It’s about how they feel, not how I feel. It’s not about me. It’s never been about me, unless I fight for it.”

While I am solidly on Team Lindsay here, I have to admit that it is very sad to hear her in such a desperate state. Who knows what caused this breakdown but taken out of context, it could’ve come from any situation. While I agree that Lindsay could benefit greatly from the help, love and care of loved ones, I absolutely do NOT believe that “someone” should be Michael Lohan. He has proved time and time again that he will do anything to exploit his family for his own personal gain. If you are so inclined, you can hear the entire recording HERE. Say what you will about L. Lo, it’s a bit heartbreaking to hear her in this state. It’s even more disheartening to think that her father is very likely to cause for much of her desperation.

Lindsay Lohan has taken to Twitter to slam her dad Michael, following reports that he is seeking conservatorship over her, and that he’s offered an entertainment TV show tape-recorded conversations between himself and his ex-wife, Dina, in which they discuss their daughter’s well-being. “My father is a lunatic & doesn’t even deserve such a title since he’s never been around in my life other than when he’d threaten me & my family,” Tweeted Lindsay, who just finished shooting the thriller Machete opposite Robert DeNiro. “He should be where he has always put himself after verbally abusing and physically abusing people all my life-behind bars.” Lindsay, 23, also wrote that her sister Ali, 15, is also concerned about their father’s behavior. “It’s so sad to get a phone call from my baby sister just now asking, ‘why is daddy doing this?’ Through tears. He’s crossed the lines & hurt me & my family 4 the last time.” Last week, Michael Lohan claimed to New York’s Daily News that Entertainment Tonight this week would air taped phone conversations between himself and Dina, in which they discuss Lindsay’s well-being. As yet, nothing on this has been confirmed by the TV show. Still, Dina Lohan tells PEOPLE that she and Lindsay plan to prevent the tapes from coming within public earshot: “We’re going to stop it from airing. He is in violation of my order of protection. My attorney sent a cease-and-desist letter, and a copy of my order of protection I have against him. He is now in violation of my criminal order of protection. He harasses me, and calls my cell phone, which he is not allowed to call.” In response to Dina’s disdain for Michael’s very pubic dialogue about Lindsay, Michael told PEOPLE last week, “Look, I know that sometimes in the past I’ve said things I shouldn’t have. [But right now] I have to help my child.” Be that as it may, Dina says Lindsay is planning to obtain a restraining order against her father – an effort that intensified after Michael told X17 this month he was seeking conservatorship in order to get Lindsay into rehab for prescription drug abuse, and that he is behind on child support payments. Says Dina: “He is desperate and spiraling out of control.”

If one really wants to know why Lindsay Lohan’s life is such a mess, one need look no further than at the parents who raised her. I cannot think of a worse situation than one where Michael Lohan would be in a conservator position over his wealthy daughter. It is so sad to see this series of dramatic events play out in the public eye. Lindsay may be a mess sometimes but it’s clear, at least to me, that her father is even more of a mess … and a very toxic parrot. IMHO, the man is dangerous … he even threatened to kidnap Lindsay in order to save her. INSANE!! I hope Lindsay is able to steer clear of her father’s machinations … for her own sake.

Levi Johnston says he’s keeping some “huge” things about Sarah Palin from the public. In Part One of a two-part exclusive interview with “Early Show” co-anchor Maggie Rodriguez, which aired Wednesday, the father of Palin’s grandson says, “There are some things that I have that are huge. And I haven’t said them because I’m not gonna hurt her that way. ” … I have things that can, you know — that would get her in trouble, and could hurt her. Will hurt her. But I’m not gonna go that far. You know, I mean, if I really wanted to hurt her, I could, very easily. But there’s — I’m not gonna do it. I’m not going that far.” Johnston says he’s referring to things Palin did while she was governor of Alaska. Asked whether those actions were illegal or immoral, he refused to elaborate. Johnston also told Rodriguez he’s been hearing a lot about his saying in a recent first-person tell-all in Vanity Fair magazine that Palin routinely referred to her baby, Trig, who suffers from Down syndrome, as “retarded.” “I was just in shock for the first time I heard it,” Johnston recalled for Rodriguez. “And then she’d say it regularly. And I think she was joking, but it doesn’t make it right.” Still, Johnston remarked to Rodriguez, “Those are just little … things I put in Vanity Fair. You know, all the big things I got, I’m keeping — you know, I’m keeping them in, and — you know, it’s just something that probably will never come out.” He added that he’s “sure Sarah’s got something … coming for me,” perhaps in her soon-to-be-released memoir, but, “I’m not worried about her saying anything about me. So she can go on and say what she wants.” Johnston stood by his contention in Vanity Fair that Sarah and Todd Palin would not only regularly talk about divorce — they’d do it in front of their children, adding to Rodriguez, “I’m sure it really hurt their kids, you know. Johnston told Rodriguez Palin’s daughter, Bristol Palin, the mother of his son, Tripp, did most of the mothering of Trig, because Sarah and Todd weren’t around much. Now an aspiring actor and model, Johnston is going for the ultimate exposure — in an upcoming issue of Playgirl magazine. He told Rodriguez the Playgirl spread will be done “tastefully,” saying, “I’m not gonna just go out there and get naked.” He expands on that in Part Two of the interview, which airs Thursday. The interview with Rodriguez is the latest in a he-said-she-said battle with the Palin family. Johnston burst onto the public stage at the Republican National Convention in August, the handsome boyfriend of vice-presidential candidate Sarah Palin’s pregnant daughter. After the Republicans lost the election, Johnston and Bristol broke up. She had his baby in December. But he says the Palins shut him out of their lives. Now, because Johnston and Palin have been embroiled in a war of words you have to take what each side says with a huge grain of salt … that being said, if Palin really is guilty of “playfully” calling her child “my retarded baby” then I am truly disgusted. Considering that Johnston was pulled into the Palin household after he got Bristol pregs (in an effort to keep better media control of his person) it makes sense that he would be privy to some very embarrassing and damaging things about the family. Tho, the fact that he’s pimping his upcoming nude pictorial for Playgirl in the process does take a bit of weight away from his claims. Officials from the Miss California pageant are sending a message to Carrie Prejean — three can play that game! The production company that runs the pageant is filing a cross complaint against Prejean, demanding, among other things, that Carrie return the $5,200 the pageant fronted her for her breast augmentation. In other legal docs, Keith Lewis and crew are asking to strike a portion of Prejean’s lawsuit — the portion dealing with public disclosure of private facts. The new docs say, “the alleged ‘private facts’ consist of her breast augmentation (which ceased being private during the swimsuit competition of the nationally-televised Miss USA pageant, in which Ms. Prejean walked the stage in a bikini).” The cross complaint says, “Had [Carrie] heeded the guidance of the Gospel of John, who admonished only those who are without sin to cast stones in judgment, she might have avoided this legal battle …” As for the cross complaint, Lewis and the production company claim Prejean is a hypocrite, championing family values after posing for a variety of “semi-nude photos…[which] surfaced via TMZ.com.”

It turns out that all this suing back and forth between Prejean and pageant officials is really just a matter of very public back and forth feuding. I, too, find Prejean hypocritical and do believe that if she is going to break her contract with the pageant then she doesn’t deserve to get free fake boobs for doing so. Since being stripped of her Miss California USA crown, Prejean has made many new friends in the evangelical Christian movement … perhaps they can take up a collection to help her pay back the boob job money that she owes?

The MTV video music awards held on Sunday paid tribute to the late Michael Jackson, but was overshadowed by an outburst by rapper Kanye West, who interrupted an acceptance speech by U.S. singer Taylor Swift. West, who is known for his outspoken ways, jumped up on stage while the 19-year-old Swift was making an acceptance speech for best female video for her hit song “You Belong With Me,” beating out singers including Beyonce Knowles and Lady Gaga. “I am really happy for you,” West said. “But Beyonce had one of the best videos of all time.” MTV said West, who was spotted earlier on the red carpet drinking alcohol, was ejected from an awards show already known for its circus-like atmosphere. West received loud boos from the crowd when his name was mentioned later in the show.

Kanye was seen carrying a big bottle of booze and was asked by MTV to leave the premises shortly after his rant:

Apparently, Kanye decided to go home and blog an “apology” to Taylor Swift for his outburst … but it doesn’t take a careful reading to understand that it’s not an apology at all:
