Last month we heard a rumor that Madonna was considering letting her eldest daughter Lourdes Maria hit the road with her this year in an official capacity on the Madonna 2012 World Tour. Today we learn that Madonna has decided that, yes, Lola will be going on tour this year … and will work on the show in some capacity. Early this month, Kylie Minogue announced the first dates of her new stripped down Anti Tour and, as you may recall, we learned that Melbourne, Australia (Kylie‘s hometown) was the lucky first city of the tour. Last night, Kylie kicked off the Anti Tour in front of her hometown crowd and performed 2 sold out shows. For the past few days, Madonna has been sharing personal photos from her rehearsal sessions for her upcoming Madonna 2012 World Tour … thus far, we’ve seen photos of Madonna‘s rehearsal injuries as well as a photo from specific dance rehearsals. Today we get to see another new tour rehearsal photo which features her Madgesty brandishing a weapon … specifically, a gun … more specifically, a Revolver.

A week ago today we got to see the first promo image announcing the forthcoming Kylie Minogue Anti Tour 2012 and today, courtesy of Kylie herself, we get to check out a photo from tour rehearsals. Over the weekend, Madonna posted a few photos on her Facebook profile that show off some of the bruises and injuries she’s sustained thus far in rehearsals for her upcoming MDNA World Tour. Today we has updated her official Facebook profile again with a new photo from rehearsals. This time, Maddy isn’t showing off her injuries … this time she is showing off her guns. HMMM. A couple nights ago I got to see Andrew W.K. live in concert here in Hollywood, CA. Last night, I made the 40 minute trek to Pomona, CA to see AWK in concert for the second time … this time around, the show was much more fun! While the LA show as good, the Pomona show was way more fun … because the crowd was really into the show. This time around, I recorded video of AWK performing his hit song Party Hard, which you can watch in full below. Check it out.

Last month Madonna officially announced the forthcoming MDNA World Tour and this month she is already in rehearsals for the tour. Maddy‘s manager Guy Oseary updated her official Facebook profile today with a few photos of Madonna showing off the bruises and injuries she’s sustained in tour rehearsals. The photos are close up images so we don’t get to see much, well, other than her bruising but … I guess we can be sure that Maddy goes thru a lot of pain to put on a good show for her fans.

As I mentioned yesterday, I had a date with my Detroit homeboy Andrew W.K. last night at his concert performance at the Avalon in Hollywood, CA. I’ve been an AWK fan for years, ever since he made it big with his debut album I Get Wet 10 years ago. When last I saw Andrew in concert, I was still living in Detroit so I’ve been itching to see the man in concert for a long time. Last night’s show as so fun, well worth the wait.
