Watch: Jim Carrey Addresses America’s Gun Problem In A Hilarious New ‘Funny Or Die’ Video

He Also Wrote An Open Letter To Fox News
'It Takes A Cold Dead Hand To Decide To Pull The Trigger'

For me, Jim Carrey just never gets old. If you’re into his sense of humor, then I think you’re just into it, and it always works. So when I head that he’d made a Funny Or Die video that included a Charlton Heston parody of sorts, I was all like Why aren’t I watching that right now? Now that I’ve seen it, my life is complete and my feelings on the gun problem in America have been appropriately addressed. Peep the video above to join in on Jim‘s hilarious sing-along. His song is called Cold Dead Hand, so. There’s that. And click inside to read Jim‘s open letter to Fox News!

Watch: Louis C.K. Releases A Promo Video For His HBO Special, ‘Louis C.K.: Oh My God’

In Lieu Of 'Louie,' This Will Have To Do
'The Greatest Comedy Of The Generation Of Blah Blah...'

A little while back we learned that comedian Louis C.K. would be taking a bit of a hiatus from his critically-acclaimed FX series Louie. But even though fans of the show won’t be seeing new episodes until May 2014, we’ll still be getting some Louis C.K. in the meantime. He’s got a film in the works with Jennifer Lawrence, Bradley Cooper, and Christian Bale, and he’s also got his HBO special coming up, and they’ve just released the first promo. Peep the video above to watch Louie narrate the trailer for us… as only Louie can.

Louis C.K.: Oh My God airs April 13th at 10 PM on HBO.

‘Whose Line Is It Anyway’ Is Coming Back To Television

Chea!

Okay, so this is maybe the best news ever. Remember Whose Line Is It Anyway?! That used to be my ish, lol! I kind of stopped watching it at some point, but it used to be such a fun show, and there really wasn’t anything like it on TV. So I was psyched to hear that the CW (which just cancelled their 90210 series) is actually reviving the improv comedy series soon. Click inside for more!

In The Spirit Of ‘Django Unchained,’ A New Slave Comedy Hits The Interwebs

'Off The Chain' Is Described As 'Curb Your Enthusiasm' Meets 'Roots'
Awkward: Harriet Tubman Will Be At The Cotton Gin

Django Unchained was, IMO, the most entertaining, most amazing, most American story to hit theatres last year and I cannot wait to see it again in theatres… like… tomorrow. As we know, it’s been getting lots of attention during awards season, and it’s huge cultural impact is undeniable. Recently a friend pointed me in the direction of a new web series titled Off The Chain and as soon as  I started watching the first episode on Funny Or Die, I thought Oh! Django! And then I got nervous. Is the slave comedy about to be a… thing? Like… a genre? Am I cool with that? Well, the short answer is Yes, I am cool with that. But the more interesting question is whether or not it works. Peep the video above to check out the first episode of Off The Chain, and click inside for the second episode, which just debuted today!

Watch: ‘Saturday Night Live’ Hilariously Brings Us The Ghost Of MLK Jr., And Redefines ‘Yolo’

Plus Adam Levine As The 'Catfish' Guy!!!
Did Ya See That Girl Beyoncé? 'Cause I Was Like Whaaaat

Earlier this week Trent shared a promo video for the upcoming episode of Saturday Night Live, and he predicted that the show would be a pretty good one. I have to say, I just watched last night’s parody of MTV‘s Catfish, and it was awesome! I’m not afraid to admit that I totally watch that show, and Adam Levine nailed his portrayal of Nev, the creator of Catfish. But there were so many other hilarious moments! The ghost of Martin Luther King, Jr. showed up to give Barack Obama some advice/to talk about how foiiiine Beyoncé is, and ___ teamed up with Adam Levine and Kendrick Lamar (the musical guest) to teach us the true meaning of Yolo. Adam‘s opening monologue (which featured random, but welcome appearances from Cameron Diaz and Jerry Seinfeld) was also pretty sweet. Click inside for more!

‘Birth Control On The Bottom Yogurt’ Is Not A Real Thing, But This Fake Commercial Rules

That-Ish-Cray Of The Day
The Only Two Things That Matter To Women...

Y’all. Two amazing things happened to me during my two days off. Well, actually, lots of amazing things happened but I’m gonna share the two biggies. 1.) This ridiculously awesome fake commercial for Dannon’s Birth Control On The Bottom yogurt (starring Retta from Parks and Recreation, Megan Amram, and a host of other hilarious people) 2.) the STFU Parents blog. Both had me LMAO to no end, and both use humor to challenge and highlight the madness that is this beautiful and occasionally deranged world we live in. But seriously. This commercial is everything! If you’ve ever wished for a cool new way to take your birth control, and/or if you’ve ever wondered why the hell every commercial tries soooo hard to show how diverse, multi-cultural, and open-minded America is, then yeah. Please watch now. You will love, I promise! Oh, and hai Weird Al! Also, if you liked the video, follow the writer Megan Amram, on
Twitter. She rules. Clearly.

Watch: Tina Fey And Amy Poehler Were Unsurprisingly Awesome At The 2013 Golden Globes

That HPV Joke Was CLASSIC
Tina And Amy Rule The Globes

So as y’all know by now, last night the 2013 Golden Globe Awards aired and I was HUGELY disappointed by two things. 1.) Marion Cotillard was effing robbed!!!! and 2.) They coulda used more Tina Fey and Amy Poehler. These two were amazing as hosts, but there were hella moments when I was like Where are they?! Can they come back?! Please?! Now. But yeah, their opening bit was hilarious– I especially LOL’d at the Kathryn Bigelow/James Cameron joke, and any jokes about HPV will always get me. LMAO… I love these two! Oh, and Amy‘s Bostonian convo with Ben Affleck was EVERYTHING… oh and then when they both lost to Lena Dunham, it was just the best… okay. Yeah, you gotta watch! The folks over at Flavorwire were kind enough to pull together all of their best moments from last night so in case you missed, peep the video above!

Tina Fey And Amy Poehler Are Rooting For ‘Avatar’ In This Golden Globes Promo

Because It's Eternally 2009
'And The Award Goes To Daniel Day-Lewis For Avatar!'

The other day we saw a really cute photo of Tina Fey and Amy Poehler dressed up as red carpet- Kristen Stewart in a new Golden Globe Awards promo. Today we get to check out the two co-hosts in another video, in anticipation of the big night. Tina Fey talks about wanting to win the Best Picture award… for herself. Like, Tina Fey as Best Picture. And apparently the ladies think that 2009′s Avatar is the big movie of the year. Because it is, lol.

I can’t believe it’s kinda, almost January 13!

Rebel Wilson Will Host The 2013 MTV Movie Awards

Hellllz Yeah!
Rebel And Matt Back At It

It’s been a big year for Rebel Wilson and it looks like 2013 is only going to bring bigger and better things for the Aussie comedian. The Pitch Perfect star has just been announced as the host for the 2013 MTV Movie Awards, and I am sooo pumped! After that Samuel L. Jackson/Anne Hathaway Funny Or Die video, I’m kind of looking forward to the awards show–  there’s nothing like a good laugh over your fave movies. Last year’s awards were hosted by Russell Brand and while he’s all fine and good… I cannot wait to see what happens when Rebel takes the stage. Peep the promo video above! Rebel’s getting tortured by her Bridesmaids costar Matt Lucas… and it’s hilarious. Are you excited for this, or what?

The 2013 MTV Movie Awards air Sunday, April 14.
