So … ok … as far as I can ascertain, Pete Wentz (Fall Out Boy) and Gabe Saporta (Cobra Starship) got themselves into a little bet … and while I’m not entirely sure what the bet was about, I do know that Pete lost and Gabe won. And so, because Gabe was the winner and Pete was the loser, the bet had to be paid … Pete Wentz got a tattoo of Gabe Saporta’s face on his leg … and shared the whole experience on Twitter:

I guess we’ll have to wait to find out how well Cobra Starship’s album Hot Mess does in sales to find out who will win the next round of betting … and what the price will be for the loser.

I gotta say, the tattoo doesn’t look all that much like Gabe A-HA! THIS is the photo of Gabe the tattoo is based on and yes, it does look like him … I guess it’s cool that Pete is a man of his word and got the tattoo after losing the bet. Tho, I should add, it’s not really that cool at all to bet about getting tattoos.

Ricky Martin, proud papa of twin sons named Matteo and Valentino, posted a new photo to his official Twitter profile today … the tweet reads simply “Chilling” and is accompanied by this photo:

It’s unknown which of Ricky’s sons he is holding but I wouldn’t be surprised if many of you weren’t even aware that there is a baby in the photo ;) It’s great to see Ricky lookin’ so happy … it’s even better to see him lookin’ so undressed.

Last month we learned the sad news that Jessica Simpson’s beloved pet, a malti-poo named Daisy, was snatched away right before her eyes by ravenous coyotes. As you may recall, Jessica put up posters asking for the safe return of her pooch … just in case the little thing managed to escape the deadly jaws of the coyotes who took her. It turns out that Jessica continues to get messages from people who claim to have found Daisy alive and Jess has had enough. She posted a tweet on her official Twitter profile Sunday night demanding that people stop telling her that Daisy is alive. It seems she has finally come to grips that her little pooch is gone forever:

Jessica Simpson’s mad, and she’s not going to take it anymore. After dealing with the especially painful loss of maltipoo Daisy, who was taken from her back yard by a coyote on Sept. 14, the singer has apparently been inundated with false sightings of her beloved pup. She took to Twitter late Sunday night to say,

“People have been contacting my family and friends saying that Daisy has been found. Untrue. People are so cruel. Please respect her memory.”

While I agree that it is cruel to lie to Jess in this way, she kinda did open herself up to this sort of treatment by appealing to the public for their help. In any event, it’s clear that she has finally realized that there is no way Daisy could’ve survived her abduction. I hope the sweet little dear is resting peacefully in doggie heaven. Alyson Hannigan, who’s CBS TV series How I Met Your Mother just aired its season premiere ep, paid a visit to The Late Show with David Letterman last night to promote the show and talked to Dave about things as varied as her daughter Satyana’s first flight to a funny story about her mother’s injuries from a car accident many years ago. Here are a couple photos of Aly lookin’ all glammy as she made her way into the taping of The Late Show last night:

Jesus Luz, model, sometimes DJ and Madonna’s latest much younger toyboy, has launched his official My Space profile just a few weeks after launching his official Twitter profile. Apparently, being Madonna’s plaything has inspired him to get on the social networking bandwagon so that he can share his good fortune with all of his “friends”. Yes, Mr. Luz tweets solely in Portuguese so I never know what the hell he’s talking about … his tweets usually come with twitpics of him DJing or with links to his DJ sets. Blah! I’m hoping he’ll start posting intimate photos with Madonna (well, not intimate intimate, I mean fun personal pics not explicit nasty pics) or something. Following his social networking sites thus far has been less than satisfying … here’s hoping Jesus steps up his game and starts sharing some good stuff. Britney Spears ended the second leg of her North American tour, The Circus starring Britney Spears, at Mandalay Bay Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas, NV last night and by all accounts the entire tour (which took her to Europe earlier this year and will take her to Australia later this year) has been a smashing success. Before Brit Brit took to the state for one last time (here in the US), she loaded up her men (sons – Sean Preson and Jayden James, father – Jamie Spears and rumored paramour and agent – Jason Trawick) and made her way to the Sugar Factory boutique to load up on candy for her kiddies … here are a few pics:

Aww … such a cute family. I’m not sure if I totally believe the rumors that Jason and Britney aren’t together together … but I still contend they make a very nice family when they are all together. Poor Jessica Simpson … the girl cannot seem to catch a break. The subtitle above is from a tweet she posted on her official Twitter profile yesterday from Uganda, Africa where she is currently suffering on holiday with her BFFs Cacee Cobb and Ken Paves. Actually, Jess isn’t really on holiday … she is on location to film segments for her new TV show The Price of Beauty (which has yet to find a distributor) but still — it appears that her misery continues. Considering the fact that she lost both her boyfriend (Dallas Cowboys quarterback Tony Romo) and her dog (Daisy Simpson) already this Summer, you’d think she’d want to travel to more luxurious locales to film her show. Well, at least she’s got her work to keep her company at night:

Days after calling off the search for her dog Daisy who was snatched by a coyote last week, the star, 29, is in Uganda, Africa, filming more of her upcoming reality show, The Price of Beauty. “WTF?!?” she Twittered Wednesday after posting a photo of herself surrounded by protective fly nets. “Do I really have to sleep like this?” Simpson, who is in Africa with pals Ken Paves and Cacee Cobb, is “focusing on work” after the loss of her 5-year-old maltipoo, a source close to the star tells Usmagazine.com. “She’s so happy just seeing the world and opening her eyes to what’s out there,” another source tells Us. “This is a good project for her.” The star is also set to visit Mumbai, India, for the show, which does not yet have a premiere date.

Ugh … Jess always looks so … miserable. The pouty lip, the sad eyes … she really does seem to have the worst luck imaginable. True, her suffering in Africa is totally by her choice but still … considering the year she’s had thus far, it’d actually be nice to see her smile again. It is heartening that she, at least, has her work and her friends to rely on these days … how many knocks can one person take before they lose their shizz? I just hope this Price of Beauty TV show gets picked up and aired by some network … but, to be honest, considering her luck these days … well, I’m not really counting on it just yet.
