Gabriel Aubry Spends Time With Nahla, Drops Restraining Order Against Olivier Martinez

Yesterday we heard some awesome news in the Halle Berry/Olivier Martinez/Gabriel Aubry story. After a Thanksgiving Day brawl that will surely go down in celebrity gossip history, Halle Berry and Olivier Martinez seemed to be making moves to keep Gabriel away from his daughter Nahla. When a badly-beaten Gabriel responded with a restraining order of his own, things seemed to be getting worse. But, seemingly out of nowhere, the familial issues were resolved in court when Halle, Olivier, and Gabe came to an agreement in court yesterday. Today we’re learning that, as expected, Gabriel has dropped the restraining order against Olivier and he even got in some Daddy time with Nahla. Oh my gush… what am I looking at?! Is that my absolute favorite actress of this moment with her perfectly adorable son in the most amazing picture of my Friday?!?! Yes, yes it is. First of all, can we talk about Marion Cotillard‘s new movie Rust and Bone? Ummm yeah. I may or may not have written a rave review over at Paste Magazine and it took everything in me to not just write this over and over : <3 <3 <3 <3 <3 <3 <3 <3 <3

So yeah. Love this woman! And look at her baby! Too cute. Marcel and Marion (who are totally matching– loves) attended the Gucci Paris Masters, a competition in equestrian jumping. They (along with a family friend) cheered on Marcel‘s dad, French actor Guillaume Canet and he ended up placing 5th in the competition. The Halle Berry/Olivier Martinez/Gabriel Aubry beef has been so intense, I really did think things wouldn’t get settled until Trent and I faced off in our much-anticipated water pistols/balloon fight. But it’s looking like our friendship (and my hair) will no longer need to be sacrificed in the name of justice, because somehow the three parties have come to some agreement in court, following a Thanksgiving Day brawl like no other. Just days ago, Olivier (Halle‘s fiancé) and Gabe (Halle‘s ex and babydaddy) were fighting like a couple of seventh grade boys after Gabe showed up at Halle‘s home to drop off their daughter Nahla. Gabe was arrested and restraining orders were being thrown every which way; PITNBRS debated  about the possible cause of the fight– and where to place the blame. Now, all seems to be well-ish. Police Say Gabriel Aubry Instigated The Fight With Halle Berry’s Fiancé, Olivier Martinez

As many of you know by now, Thanksgiving Day was full of a lot of a lotta jive-ass turkeys over at Halle Berry‘s place. Two grown men (Halle‘s ex and babydaddy, Gabriel Aubry and her fiancé Olivier Martinez) got into a fist fight (Olivier won) and now restraining orders are being thrown around like cray. First Halle got an emergency order of protection against Gabe (barring him from coming near everyone, including their daughter Nahla), then Gabriel (the only person arrested in the incident) got a restraining order against Olivier. We’ve all been debating about how the fight might have started and what, exactly, might have gone down. But now police are saying that Gabriel Aubry actually instigated the fight with Olivier, which landed him in the hospital, and then in jail. Click inside to learn more.

Bobbi Kristina Brown Involved In A Second Scary-Looking Car Accident

Remember back in September when we learned that Bobbi Kristina Brown was involved in a scary car-accident that left her boyfriend/fiancée Nick Gordon‘s Chevy Camero a wreck? Well, she went and did it again. According to TMZ, Bobbi Kris drove the Camero off the road and into a string of trees, wrecking the car all over again. Thankfully, no one was injured and at this point, police do not believe alcohol was involved but … damn, two scary wrecks in just about 2 months? Maybe BK should not be driving, for real. More »

The other day we got to see some awesome pics of Jersey Store star Nicole ‘Snooki’ Polizzi celebrating Thanksgiving with her baby Lornezo, and her fiancé Jionni. I was happy to report that, unlike some other celebs, there was absolutely no drama going down at Snooki‘s place during the holiday, and everything was copacetic. Back in May we got to meet little miss Pearl Osbourne, the firstborn daughter of Jack Osbourne … the only son of rock’s royal couple Ozzy and Sharon Osbourne. Today we get to see the most adorable photo of Pearl in the arms of grandpa Ozzy Osbourne and she is sporting the cutest little Black Sabbath shirt you’ve ever seen. The other day rapper Lil Wayne announced his plans for retirement and a lot of us took this as good news. As a big fan of Weezy (especially Weezy circa 2006-2008) I think my one-time favorite rapper could use a break. And rapper ‘retirement’ announcements are usually ‘extended vacation’ announcements, so I’m gonna assume that he’ll come back to the game once he’s had his fill of skateboarding… or sports commentating… lol. Well, we all pretty much saw this one coming. Halle Berry‘s ex Gabriel Aubry and her fiancé Olivier Martinez got into a huge fight on Thanksgiving Day, and all hell has broken loose. Gabe (I call him Gabe sometimes) was dropping off Nahla, his 4 year-old daughter with Halle, when Olivier approached him and the fight started to go down. Many of us are still confused as to how Gabriel was later arrested but Olivier wasn’t, although I guess it helps that Olivier made the citizen’s arrest– which is hella weird considering (as some of you pointed out) that Olivier is a French citizen and Gabe is Canadian.  Now yesterday we saw the post-brawl pictures of Gabe and, sadly, the very pretty face that many of us know and lurve (shouts-out to PITNBR kendra) has been desecrated. AKA… he got his ass handed to him by Olivier… lol. And now it looks like he might get his ass handed to him by a judge. Halle‘s heading back to court this week to change the current, temporary order of protection into a permanent restraining order against Gabriel. Click inside to learn more.
