But a new accuser has already filed
A few months back we were covering news about the sexual abuse claims against X-Men director Bryan Singer. Last we heard, Singer had released a statement claiming that the allegations against him were completely false. This was back in April. And today we’re learning that Michael F. Egan III has dropped the suit. Click inside for more.

"There are some nice guys out here trying to just feed their family"
Earlier this month we learned that Kanye West was deposed in the on-going civil lawsuit that was brought against him by a paparazzi photographer that alleges that West assaulted him at LAX Airport (you may recall that we saw photos last year that seem to confirm the photog’s allegation). In his depo, Kanye tried to liken the “struggle” that celebrities face with the actual struggle that people endured during the Civil Rights Movement of the 1960s. Ugh. Today we learn new information from West‘s deposition … we learn that Kanye actually has respect for some paparazzi photographers and we also learn that his father was a paparazzo himself. Waitaminute, say what?! More »

On the day that reports of Mariah Carey‘s separation from husband Nick Cannon started to make the rounds, Nick gave an interview to The Insider officially confirming that the couple have, indeed, separated. In the years that Mariah and Nick have been married, Nick‘s big mouth got him into trouble with his wife … which ultimately, along with other factors, probably led to the couple’s split. Today we learn from TMZ that the legal details about the couple’s as yet un-confirmed divorce are being hammered out and part of the agreement is that Nick is legally barred from saying ANYTHING public about the couple’s divorce. It sounds like it took divorce to get Nick to stop over-sharing about his relationship with Mimi. More »

It looks like Justin Bieber is going to get off easy in the DUI case that was brought against him in Miami, FL earlier this year. As you may recall, way back in January, Bieber was arrested for driving under the influence, drag racing and resisting arrest. All these months later, we learn that The Biebs was able to successfully strike a plea bargain with the prosecutor’s office to so that he would avoid any real punishment for his alleged crimes. Bieber has agreed to plead guilty to lesser charges so long as he agrees to serve out the punishments for those charges … essentially, he’ll go to anger management classes and call it a day. Celeb justice at work, folks. More »

Back in June we learned the sad news that Robert Downey, Jr.‘s son Indio Falconer was arrested on drug possession charges and today we learn that he has been formally charged with felony possession of a controlled substance and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia. It was reported that the Downey family is aware of Indio‘s drug addictions and have been working hard to help him battle his demons. It sounds like the Downey family is very grateful that police stepped in to bust Indio because they seem very willing to let him pay for his crime. More »

Kanye done lost his mind
In July of 2013, Kanye West allegedly assaulted a photographer at LAX Airport which reportedly resulted in a trip to the hospital for the victim. Earlier this year, the legal case against West got underway and Kanye was deposed in an interview by the photographer’s lawyer. If you can believe the insanity that I am about to share with you, Kanye West — the self-avowed “smartest celebrity you’ve ever fucking deal with” — actually tried to equate the “struggle” of being a celebrity to the actual struggle suffered by African Americans here in the US during the civil rights movement of the 1950s and 60s. Wow. Kanye West was obviously being combative in his deposition on purpose and we know that he has said idiotic things in the past but this surely takes the cake. Just, wow. More »

Charges were Pressed
It would appear that the attempted comeback of the pop group Danity Kane is in jeopardy after 2 of the 3 remaining members of the group got into a physical altercation that required first aid — and criminal charges. As you may recall, we learned last summer that 4 of the 5 members of the original version of Danity Kane were planning to reunite and release new music. Aubrey O’Day, Aundrea Fimbres, Dawn Richards and Shannon Bex got back together (without original member D. Woods, whose ousting is still a mystery) to release new music early this year … and then Aundrea dropped out of the group so that she could start a family … leaving only Aubrey, Shannon and Dawn to carry on the DK name. This week, something went down between Aubrey and Dawn that resulted in a reported “close fist” punch to the head. Ouch. Does this mean the death of the newly reunited Danity Kane? More »
Of course, she already has a reality show
Ummmm, I did NOT think I was going to be this happy about Rema Ma getting released from prison, but apparently I missed her? I mean, I can’t help it. She did a crime, she did her time (six years), and now she’s home. I admit my excitement is totally selfish—I just want more women rappers. All of the time. More. So yeah. I’m psyched. And the interwebs are going cray, with #RemysHome trending on Twitter. I’m also way too excited to be following the rapper on Instagram. Click inside for more!
She wants her HUGE security deposit back...
Moving sucks so much, and I sympathize with anyone who has ever packed all their ish up, moved into a new place, and then does it again a year later… which is what I’m about to do. Ugh. One thing that is never fun is pulling together funds for a security deposit, especially when you live in a neighborhood where people want hella money down, and they throw crazy numbers at you, but totally say the numbers like they are not crazy numbers, they are ust normal numbers with which all people should feel comfortable…. Um. I digress. Basically, I thought my security deposits were CRAY. but Kelly Osbourne is in the midst of suing her former landlord (who is now suing her back) and you won’t believe how much money she put down to move into her West Hollywood apartment. Mozzer denies the claim
Morrissey finds himself in a new drama that is so strange that it must be shared and expounded upon. According to a new lawsuit brought against Stephen Patrick Morrissey by a former employee named Bradley Steyn, Moz tried to get Steyn to hurt someone that he dislikes greatly and when Steyn refused he was fired as a security guard for Morrissey‘s tour. Morrissey has issued a statement that denies the allegation. I happen to have a small bit of experience with this particular incident so I will share what I know to be true and will let the rest of you make up your own mind about what to believe. Earlier this year, the owner of the fansite Morrissey-Solo.com — David Tseng — tried to attend Morrissey‘s concert in San Jose, CA and was barred entry into the venue because Morrissey greatly dislikes the fan. This is when Bradley Steyn alleges that Morrissey tried to get him to hurt Tseng … which led to this new lawsuit. See, even when Morrissey is no longer on tour, he manages to get embroiled in some drama or other. More »
