"the true definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over"
Earlier this week we learned that In Touch Weekly magazine managed to get troubled former actress Amanda Bynes to give them an interview where she first revealed that she is engaged to be married and also revealed that she believes she has a microchip implanted in her head that allows others to hear her thoughts. Last night, Amanda posted a series of tweets on her official Twitter profile that maintained that Bynes now plans to sue In Touch Weekly for printing lies about her. In response, In Touch has provided photographic proof that Amanda spoke with the magazine and a representative for the company has issued a formal response … which you can read in full below. More »
He reportedly attacked a woman working at his dentist's office
The last time we heard big news about Charlie Sheen, he was engaged in a Twitter beef with Rihanna (obviously). I have no clue what’s going on with this guy, but some people live in a cloud smoke of drama that just comes and goes. What are you gonna do? This time, it’s a sexual battery and assault case. If any of these allegations are true, I can’t see how this will pan out well for Sheen… nor should it. Click inside for more.

That-Ish-Cray Of The Day
Now this is… odd. Do you remember a while back we had a discussion about this photo Bethenny Frankel posted online? A lot of people were legitimately angry that she was rocking her daughter’s pajamas. I found the photo a bit problematic because I thought Frankel was sort of showing off how tiny she was… which I thought was weird. But now that I’m hearing an actual judge in a courtroom is commenting on it, the story seems even weirder. Click inside for more!

Tre got 15 months behind bars, Joe got 41 months!
Back in March we learned that reality TV stars Teresa and Joe Giudice both plead guilty to felony fraud charges after they were indicted for various crimes in July of last year. Today, the long arm of the law has reached out to fully embrace these convicted felons and handed them BOTH prison sentences for their crimes. Earlier today, Joe was sentenced to 41 months in prison … just a short time ago, Teresa was sentenced to 15 months in prison! Dang. Because the sentencing judge wanted to show mercy to these crooks, she ruled that Teresa must serve out her prison sentence first before Joe serves out his prison sentence so that at least one parent can be home to care for the couple’s four children. It looks like reality has really smacked these two frauds hard in court today. More »
It's his fault for not wearing a seatbelt, Walmart says
Back in June we learned that actor Tracy Morgan was severely injured in a deadly car accident that claimed the life of one his his friends after a Walmart truck driver reportedly fell asleep at the wheel and plowed into Morgan‘s car, causing a 6-car pile up. In July, we saw photos of Tracy making his way home after he was released from the hospital but I understand that he is still recovering from his injuries to this day. Today we learn that Walmart has unveiled their defense in the lawsuit brought against them for this accident. According to the company, Tracy Morgan is to blame for his injuries because they claim that he was not wearing a seatbelt. Is that not the most disgusting thing you’ve heard all day? More »

“He didn’t teach us specifically anything.”
Remember back in June when we learned the “punishment” that Kanye West received as part of his plea bargain deal for assaulting that paparazzi photographer at LAX Airport in July of 2013? Yes, you might recall that Kanye was “punished” by being ordered to “teach” a few classes at L.A. Trade Technical College … and today, we get to see and hear about the experience of having Kanye West as a college “professor”. Ugh. I can’t continue putting everything in “quotation marks” so you’ll just have to know that I’ll be pretty much rolling my eyeballs for the duration of this blog post. Click below to see photos that were snapped last Friday when Kanye taught at class as part of his court-ordered community service and read one student’s experience with Professor Yeezus. More »

Lindsay wouldn't exploit a dead woman for press, would she?
Lindsay Lohan gave an interview recently where she recounted an astounding story from her time a few years ago when she was forced to do community service at the LA County Morgue as punishment for one of her numerous crimes. Lindsay maintained that she was forced to handle the dead body of Whitney Houston as part of her community service. An official from the LA County Morgue has come out with a statement denying that Lindsay did any such thing, revealing that she flat out lied about having access to Houston‘s dead body. Is it really possible that Lindsay Lohan would LIE about something so terrible just for a little press? More »
Whether we like it or not...
Well, it doesn’t get any more official than this. It seems like, for the past year or so, we’ve been trying to figure out what’s going on with on-again, off-again, back on-again, just kidding we’re off-again couple Selena Gomez and Justin Bieber. Now, look. I am not here to judge. For one, they are a young couple. And even those of us who are grown ass people, and not celebrities, have had relationships like this—so, I get it. But at least now we know it’s the real deal, because Bieber had to speak on it to the courts (he’s been in a little trouble lately, as we all know). Click inside for more!
With stellar behavior, his record could be wiped clean
Back in June we learned the sad news that Robert Downey, Jr.‘s son Indio Falconer was arrested for drug possession and in August we learned that he was formally charged with felony cocaine possession. Indio was in court today to plead guilty to his drug charges and his father RDJ was in court to show his support. Because Indio has been doing so well in rehab for the past 2 months, the judge is willing to wipe his record clean if he continues to stay clean for the next 18 months … which is good news for the Downey family. I’m not even going to go into the matter of a young person pleading guilty to felony charges having his record wiped completely as a matter of privilege … but I am pretty irritated that the ruling judge in this matter decided to talk about “superheroes” and “Iron Man” with RDJ in the courtroom. Can we be a little more professional, Judge Schwartz?
