On Wednesday probate documents were released, eight months after Amy Winehouse’s tragic death last July. Her parents, Mitch and Janis Winehouse, are set to inherit her entire estate, which has been reported to be worth $4.66 million. Amy hadn’t drawn up a will before she sadly passed away, and therefore according to probate law, her parents inherit her estate by default.
