David Beckham spent some quality time with his sons Brooklyn Joseph, Romeo James and Cruz David here in SoCal this week playing some sports with his boys … but the Beckham men weren’t interested in playing soccer … they were more interested in playing a more traditionally American sport — football:

It seems David Beckham’s sons are well on there way to becoming all-American boys. Cruz, four, and Romeo, seven, and Brooklyn, nine, who now call Los Angeles home, were seen enjoying a game of American football yesterday. The little trio were in good spirits as they wrestled for the ball and at one stage Cruz lead an impromptu game of baseball. David was forced to coach from the sidelines after he twisted his ankle during a LA Galaxy match against Chivas USA last week. But sources say the star is wearing a medical boot as a precaution, and is expected to recover in time for the biggest game of his U.S. football career this weekend. His team is set to face Real Salt Lake in the final of the MLS Cup on Sunday in Seattle. Prior to Beckham’s injury, the team had been favourites to win the championship and it would be their first accolade since he joined the club three seasons ago.

Now, y’all know that I love any pics of Becks (or any dad for that matter) spending quality time with his kids but these photos are just too much. I love that the Beckham boys really do look like all American kids playing with their dad, who just so happens to be an international soccer star. All week long we’ve been seeing cute pics of Britney Spears with her sons, Sean Preston and Jayden James, seemingly having the time of their lives with her agent/beau Jason Trawick down under in Australia. Today we get to see another batch of fun family photos of Britwick playing with the kiddies in Sydney Harbor in Sydney, AUS. As you can see from the following photos, Jason is fitting in very nicely in the daddy role:

It’s very clear that Jason, whatever his relationship is with their mother, loves and cares for Britney’s sons and seems to do everything he can to stabilize their young lives. He really does look a fine daddy for those little boys. I still contend that Britney is enjoying the fruits of their relationship as well … here’s hoping that we get to see a lot more of Britwick and their familial bonding for many, many years to come.

Britney Spears, who is currently on tour in Australia for the first time ever, is making the most of her time down under by packing in as much fun activity as she can when she is not hard at work on the performance stage. Britney has already conquered Perth and Melbourne and has finally arrived in Sydney. Yesterday we saw a few cute photos of Britney Spears and her agent/beau Jason Trawick carrying her sleeping sons — Sean Preston and Jayden James — from their hotel and today we get to see a couple more cute pics of Britwick carrying the boys. This time, tho, Britney’s sons are wide awake and lookin’ as adorable as ever:

Not only is Britney carrying on with her sons in loving arms but she, too, is carrying on with her tour The Circus starring Britney Spears which seems to have the entire country of Australia talking. I love that Britney causes a sensation wherever she goes … even if she doesn’t mean to. You just keep doin’ your thing, Britney. Britney is still in Melbourne but she heads to Sydney next … watch out, y’all!

Yesterday we learned that Britney Spears’s young sons Sean Preston and Jayden James make the long trek across the Pacific Ocean to join their mother in Australia where she is currently on tour for her first ever Oz tour. We also got to see a few adorable photos of Britney, her sons and Brit’s agent/beau Jason Trawick enjoying a day at their hotel pool. Today we get to see pics of Britwick carrying the boys out of their hotel as they made their way to the next concert stop on Britney’s tour … behold the cuteness:

So cute … so precious. Now that Jason Trawick and her sons have joined our dear Britney down under, her happy family can carry on with her Aussie tour as a complete unit. I kinda like that Jason combed down his usually wild hair for this outing with the family … he really does make a fitting father figure, don’t you think?

Levi Johnston, who arrived in NYC, NY earlier week to prepare for his nekkid photoshoot for Playgirl magazine, has decided that he is going to fight for shared custody of his only begotten son Tripp Easton Mitchell (borne of Bristol Palin, eldest daughter of the former governor of Alaska Sarah Palin). According to Johnston, the Palin family don’t want to let him anywhere near his son … so his only recourse is to take them to court:

In his custody fight for son Tripp, Levi Johnston says he’s up against a powerful foe: Sarah Palin. Johnston, 19, claims the former vice presidential candidate has been part of an effort to keep Tripp away from Johnston by exerting influence on 19-year-old daughter Bristol, who is Tripp’s mother. “She has a big impact on what Bristol does and thinks,” Johnston tells Entertainment Tonight. “Bristol looks up to Sarah. I don’t know why they just don’t want me in his life.” But Johnston insists he doesn’t fear Palin as he gets ready to sue for joint custody. “She ain’t nothing,” he says. “Just because she ran for vice president and was the governor of Alaska, doesn’t intimidate me. Sarah has no legal thing on Tripp, she’s just the grandmother.” He adds: “By the end of the year we’re gonna go to court for joint custody. I’m just done with it. When there’s a kid involved you ain’t walking away.” When Johnston announced his intention to sue for custody, Palin’s camp did not respond to requests for comment. But her lawyer, Thomas Van Flein, told Britain’s The Guardian on Oct. 30, “Other than noting that Tripp’s father is always welcome to visit his son, we are unable to respond to these allegations as it is inappropriate to discuss child custody matters publicly.”

Um … yeah, but before Levi Johnston goes to court to fight for custody rights, he’s going to pose nekkid for Playgirl magazine. I don’t know that that is the wisest course of actions if he is truly intent on proving to the court that he deserves custodial rights to his child but … I wish him the best of luck. And speaking of that Playgirl shoot … Levi spoke with Life & Style magazine about his readiness to drop trou for Playgirl. As soon as the boys landed, they were whisked away by Britney’s agent/beau Jason Trawick for a happy reunion at their hotel … behold:

Will you PLEASE look at that smile on Britney’s face? I don’t think anything on this Earth makes her as happy as her children do. I love these pics so much. It really looks like they were having a fantastic bonding reunion. Britney did some bonding with Jason Trawick as well.
