OMgeeez, I can’t take all these Fifty Shades Of Grey casting rumors anymore! I cannot! Now. Friggen Charlie Hunnam AKA Jax Teller is reportedly the new top pick for the role of Christian Grey and I cannot deal. I mean. If they want me to, like, immediately put down everything I’m doing, and every child I’m breastfeeding when this movie comes out, then sure. Go ahead and cast Charlie Hunnam. Whatever. My kids will be fine. But I’m gonna need this rumor confirmed or denied stat because I am freaking the freak out over here, lol! Click inside for more!
Which is Thicker?
A new season of Survivor is nearly upon us and to get us excited for the show’s return, CBS has unveiled today the cast of the forthcoming 27th season titled Survivor: Blood vs. Water. This time around, the players will be competing against their very own loved ones. That’s right … former Survivors are competing this season alongside a loved one they brought along with them … which means, eventually, some players may have to vote off their loved ones. Brilliant. Click below to see the first official cast photo of Survivor: Blood vs. Water and learn more about the changes that will be in play for the coming season. More »
Rumor Has it Dr. Luke is IN, will.i.am is OUT
Altho nothing has been confirmed by anyone just yet, we’ve been hearing that Jennifer Lopez has been offered a LOT of money to return as judge on American Idol for the forthcoming new season of the show. But talk of J. Lo‘s return isn’t the only Idol gossip going around. Apparently, Kanye West was offered a judging slot on AI but reportedly because of the “mainstreamness” of the gig, he turned them down. Additionally, we are hearing that music producer Dr. Luke may be in as judge … and will.i.am is out. HMMM. It sounds like American Idol is still having a devil of a time determining the judging panel for the new season … which sucks for them because interest in the show has been tanking in recent seasons :/ More »
He's Already Producing The Movie
When the Lance Armstrong fallout hit the world last year, all hell seemingly broke loose. Once he admitted to Oprah that he used performance-enhancing drugs, we just knew the made-for-TV movies and biopics were on the way. And sure enough, within weeks, we learned about two different movies that were in the works. J.J. Abrahams purchased the rights to a book titled Cycle Of Lies: The Fall Of Lance Armstrong, and there was also talk about another film starring Jake Gyllenhaal. Now we’re learning that another Lance Armstrong biopic is in the works, and Bradley Cooper has signed on to produce and possibly star in the film. Click inside for more!
She Shot Some Scenes Yesterday
Fresh out of rehab, Lindsay Lohan is not playing around. From her upcoming Oprah Winfrey interview/reality show, to her guest appearance on Chelsea Lately, the actress has been keeping very busy. I gotta say, I’m kind of impressed! If she can keep up this kind of work schedule, I feel like some positive changes could definitely be on the horizon for her. Yesterday LiLo took to Instagram to let the world know that she was ‘grateful’ to be ‘back @ work’ and now we know just what kind of work she was doing. Sorry Trent, it doesn’t look like she’s heading back into the studio just yet (but thanks for putting me on to First, lol). But she is coming to one of my fave HBO shows, Eastbound & Down. Will Hugh Jackman Reprise His Role as Wolverine for $100 Million?
Back in July, Christian Bale made clear once and for all that he will NOT be reprising the role of Bruce Wayne/Batman on the big screen ever again … just weeks before Warner Bros. announced that they will be featuring Batman and Superman in the sequel film to this Summer’s Man of Steel. Today we hear that Bale is being courted BIG TIME to change his mind and slip into the Batman costume again for a reported paycheck of $50 million dollars. Dang. Additionally, we also hear that Hugh Jackman is being wooed by his movie studio to keep playing Wolverine in future films to tune of $100 million dollars. If true, these guys are in high demand to keep playing dress-up in blockbuster superhero movies. More »
But Not For The Role Of Anna...
As we know, the Fifty Shades Of Grey movie is in full effect. A little while back a director finally became attached to the project, and lots of folks had lots to say about Sam Taylor-Johnson (AKA Aaron Taylor-Johnson‘s wife) coming on board. But the most exciting stuff has come from the casting rumors. Alex Pettyfer, Stephen Amell, and lots of others have been rumored to be a part of the film, and now we’re hearing that supermodel Cara Delevingne (who I fell in love with back when she was featured in that Love Magazine shoot) has auditioned for a part.
