Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs Gets A Guest Spot On ‘It’s Always Sunny In Philadelphia’

Diddy Plus DeVito = Good Times?
Macys Passport presents Glamorama! in Los Angeles

Fans of the always quirky, often creepy FX comedy It’s Always Sunny In Philadelphia will either be really happy or really horrified that Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs is headed their way. Because I like the show (and because the love of my life is sort of obsessed with it in somewhat unhealthy ways), I think we can expect good things from Diddy‘s forthcoming guest appearance. We don’t have a lot of info on who Diddy‘s playing, but we do know that, like it or not, Bad Boy will definitely be in the building AKA Paddy’s Pub. Deets inside!

Cynthia Nixon Will Play Poet Emily Dickinson In The Forthcoming Biopic

'A Quiet Passion'

It’s always tricky casting a legend and when a big biopic is on the rise, it’s hard to please everyone. Recently, I lost my shizz when I heard that Zoe Saldana was playing Nina Simone (I’m okay now), but today I heard some casting news that I was legitimately happy about. Cynthia Nixon AKA Miranda from Sex and the City will be taking on the role of beloved American poet Emily Dickinson in the upcoming biopic titled A Quiet Passion. I’m not sure what my Literature professors would think, but personally, I think Nixon is a great talent and I’m all for it. Get the deets inside!

It’s Official! Nicki Minaj And Keith Urban Join Mariah Carey And Randy Jackson As ‘American Idol’ Judges

The Deals Are DONE!

Back in July we learned that popstar Mariah Carey was officially signed as a new judge on the forthcoming season of American Idol. In the weeks that followed, there was much discussion about who would join her at the judges table. It was immediately reported that longtime original judge Randy Jackson would be demoted from judge to mentor so that the 3 judging spots could be filled with new judges. Nicki Minaj was a name we heard soon after as a potential new judge but her endorsement deal with Pepsi held up her signing because AI is sponsored by Coca Cola. Then we heard that Keith Urban and Enrique Iglesias were being considered as judges but talks with Enrique fell apart. Today we learn, officially, that the cola conflict has been settled and Nicki has signed on as AI judge. Joining her and Mariah at the table will be Keith Urban and … original judge Randy Jackson (who got the 4th judging seat due to the failed deal with Enrique). Christina Aguilera Reveals That She Is Leaving ‘The Voice’ Next Year

Xtina Wants to Get Back To Her Music Career

The new season of The Voice just debuted this week (to lower numbers than last season’s premiere, I must add) but today we are hearing about the forthcoming exit of one of the show’s judges. Christina Aguilera, the sole female judge on The Voice, has revealed to Billboard magazine that she will be leaving the show at the end of the Spring 2013 season so that she can focus on her own music career. As you may know, Xtina is readying the release of a new album so it’s possible that she is planning a tour next year … which means she wouldn’t have time to be a judge on The Voice. Click below to read exactly what Xtina has to say about her decision to leave The Voice next year. More »
