The new coverphoto of this week’s issue of Star magazine has been revealed today and the headline reads: Britney Getting Married! According to the mag, Britney is planning to get hitched to her agent Jason Trawick. Could a walk down the aisle really be in the works for Britwick?

If at first you don’t succeed, try, try again! In the June 29 issue of Star, we exclusively report that after two failed marriages — one that last only 55 hours! — Britney Spears is preparing to walk down the aisle again, this time with her agent turned lover, Jason Trawick. After more than three years of casual hookups, Brit and Jason took their relationship to the next level while they were on vacation in the Bahamas last month. That’s when Brit and Jason shared a special night together during which Jason popped the question! “He didn’t exactly get down on one knee, but Brit didn’t care. She said yes, and they opened a bottle of champagne to celebrate,” says an insider. “Jason held Britney for a long time and kissed her cheeks. They talked about their future for hours and didn’t go to sleep until after 3 a.m.! They just wanted to be alone together.” Britney is already thinking about a December wedding — after her Circus world tour wraps this fall — and wants her big day to far outclass her previous ceremonies. For her first nuptials, to childhood friend Jason Alexander, her outfit consisted of a baseball cap and cutoffs! And she feels her wedding to Kevin Federline was a”trashy” affair. “When she marries Jason, she wants it to be like a fairy tale,” says a friend.

Well … before we break out the bubbly and start offering our congrats, there is more to this story. US Weekly contends that according to a “source” of their own, the Star report of Britwick‘s upcoming nuptials are completely untrue:

Britney Spears is not engaged to her longtime agent Jason Trawick, a source close to the singer tells Usmagazine.com. “This is absolutely not true,” the source tells Us. “Britney is not engaged” … Her rep could not be reached for comment.

Not that I put much stock in either report but … my gut tells me that our dear Britney prolly is not engaged. Until we hear an announcement from her directly, I’m gonna hold off on buying my wedding gifts for the couple. That being said, I would love it if Britney got married to Jason Trawick … I think they would make an absolutely adorable little family. What do y’all think … engaged or not?

I KNEW IT!!! People magazine and TMZ are finally confirming news that I have suspected (and was all but certain of) for quite some time now … according to sources in the know, Britney Spears IS, IN DEED, dating her agent Jason Trawick. While the couple, Britwick, have yet to be photographed canoodling in any really romantic fashion, I was pretty certain that the couple have been sharing a personal relationship with one another for at least the past 9 months (if not longer). After a tumultuous relationship with paparazzo Adnan Ghalib and a heartbreaking divorce from Kevin Federline, Britney Spears has found somebody new – and her family approves. Confirming Internet rumors, a source tells PEOPLE that Spears, 27, is romantically involved with her agent, Jason Trawick. “They are totally and definitely dating,” the source says. “Her dad loves him. He’s the best thing that happened to her.” In recent months, Trawick has often been photographed with the pop star, including during her May trip to the Bahamas with her sons, Preston, 3, and Jaden, 2. “They’re very sweet together,” the source says, adding that Spears “always had a crush” on Trawick, who is also one of her brother Bryan’s best friends. “He makes Britney really happy, and he’s great with the boys.” Spears’s rep had no comment.

Adds TMZ: Most people hate their agents … but not Britney Spears. It’s official … she’s dating him. William Morris agent Jason Trawick (seen above with Brit last month) is officially Brit’s boyfriend — multiple sources confirm to us. It’s 100% true. We’re told Jason has been visiting Brit on tour — most recently in London over the weekend. Jason has been telling people when the tour is over he’s taking his sweetie on a vacation in a “private location.”

I SOOOOOOOO KNEW IT! Man, this is amazing news … I’ve contended all along that a stand-up guy like Jason Trawick would be perfect for our dear Britney Spears. The woman needs stability and, well, a man with a job (something that was severely lacking in her previous relationships save for Justin Timberlake). I could not be more thrilled at this news. While I called it a long time ago, it’s really heartening to know that Britwick is “officially” in lurve. Congrats!!! Here’s hoping they share a long and very happy life together.

Britney Spears kicked off the second leg of her tour The Circus starring Britney Spears in London, England last week (where she is scheduled to play 8 performances at the O2 Arena) but spent part of her weekend checkin’ out the sights around town in between shows. Britney, her children Sean Preson and Jayden James (who we know are the cutest little dancers EVER), their nanny Lourdes (Lulu for short) and her agent Jason Trawick (who has been joined at her hip in recent months) spent some time this weekend hangin’ out in London’s beautiful Hyde Park. Don’t they make the cutest family?

Yep … Jason Trawick is with her again (and lookin’ really cozy with her kiddies, I might add). To be fair, back in Britney‘s hey day she always had her manager Larry Rudolph by her side and there was never any hint of impropriety between the two of them. I know that their relationship was strictly professional. But, back then, it did make sense that she would have her manager with her at almost all times. Jason is her agent … the guy who makes her biz deals. Agents don’t usually hang out with their clients, they are usually off making deals for their clients … so you can see why I might think there is something more personal going on between the two of them. I ain’t callin’ them Britwick for nothing.

Case in point … Britney has been taking in the nightlife in London as well. She was spotted making her way in and out of a trendy club in the Mayfair district of London and, wouldn’t you know it, Jason was with her then as well:

It was reported that she only stayed at the Maddox Club until 12:30AM but she did appear to have a great time. HMMM … Jason really seems to be one agent that goes above and beyond the call of duty. As I’ve been saying all along, I really do hope that something more personal is going on between these two … in my estimation, Jason would be a great partner for her. He seems a doting male figure for her children … and he’s got a job! What more could you ask for?

Jason Trawick met up with Kevin Federline in Calabasas, CA yesterday presumably for a little tête-à-tête before she flies off to London, England to begin the second leg of her tour The Circus starring Britney Spears. As was previously reported, Britney will be taking her sons Sean Preston and Jayden James with her to Europe … it remains to be seen if K-Fed will follow along as well:

It’s interesting that Jason Trawick would come along for the meeting … I mean, it’s not odd that Britney would need the counsel of her agent in biz matters but this sounds like it was a personal matter. I wonder what other personal matters Britney turns to Jason for? I have my guesses ;) But I digress … I would bet good money that K-Fed will be getting a free trip to London from our dear Britney … I guess we shall soon find out. Damn … Britney is lookin’ good these days. The rigors of touring has really helped her get in great shape. I still believe that something is going on betwixt Britney and Jason … either they are really, really good friends or there is something of a romantic nature goin’ on (something I’ve suspected before). They look way too cozy for things to be a strictly professional relationship. I don’t recall seeing photos of Britney chillin’ with a shirtless Larry Rudolph ever. HMMM. Whatever is going on, she looks happy and that is all that matters. I’ve said it before, I think Jason Trawick would be a great guy for our dear Britney. Britney Spears, who is back home in SoCal for a few weeks having just completed the first leg of her tour and is planning to take the show to Europe next month, was spotted with her agent and RUMORED romantic interest Jason Trawick over the weekend. The couple were riding — alone — in her white Mercedes. According to reports, the couple just drove around LA for 2 straight hours … never once stopping for food or gas:

HMMM … driving around for 2 hours, Britwick? What in the world could they have talked about for such a long time? I suppose it’s entirely possible that they were just tooling around LA talking biz but … isn’t it also possible that they wanted to spend time together and not worry about being seen or overheard? Unfortch for that scenario, the paps are really good at getting photos of people in their cars so … HMMM. What the case may be, I think it’s great that Britney has guys like Jason in her life rather than the seedy dudes she used to fraternize with. Coupled up or not, I like seeing Britney with Jason. I think he’s a good influence on her.

How’s this for interesting news … E! News is reporting that Britney Spears has started up a new, secret romantic relationship with one of the men in her life … longtime talent agent Jason Trawick. Actually, there have been whispers that the two were more than just biz associates, going back as far as May of last year when the couple were snapped in semi-intimate poses together while Britney was on holiday in Costa Rica last Spring. According to E!, the couple have stepped up their personal involvement and have been enjoying secret dates with one another on more recent occasions. Here are a couple of rare photos of the two of them in close proximity (they take great pains to avoid being photographed together in public intimate settings) last year and the report from E!:

Britney Spears isn’t confining her comeback to the stage. The “Gimme More” purveyor is at work on her personal life, too. E! News has learned that Spears, 27, has been secretly on dates with her longtime talent agent, Jason Trawick. Trawick, 37, a William Morris Agency rep, recently joined Spears for the first four shows of her Circus tour, but we have learned that the two recently have grown much closer away from the workplace. Trawick declined to comment and referred our request to Spears rep, who has given no official comment on any extracurricular relationship. Trawick’s WMA assistant would only confirm that Trawick had been traveling with Spears on her Circus tour and is now back in L.A. A Spears insider, meanwhile, insists that the singer and the agent strictly have a “close professional relationship” and that’s it, calling it “ridiculous” to suggest the pair is anything close to “romantic.” But another well-placed source tells E! News that Trawick’s talent agency bosses are OK with his tight bond with his client and, in fact, “They joke about it.” Trawick has been Spears’ agent for about five years and also represents Hilary Duff, Taylor Swift and Paris Hilton. Trawick was spotted with Spears and her sons on March 1 in Louisiana, riding around in a golf cart right before she began her tour. The four were wearing sweatshirts, and Trawick was holding Sean Preston while Britney drove, holding Jayden James. In May 2008, Trawick jetted down to Costa Rica with Spears to Mel Gibson’s retreat, sparking romance rumors that were never confirmed. The two were seen smiling and laughing as they boogie-boarded in the surf. Spears wore nothing more than a bikini and rode around on the back of an ATV with her arms firmly planted on Trawick’s waist. They were then photographed together May 23 at Christian Audigier’s 50th birthday party at L.A.’s Petersen Automotive Museum. Trawick has been credited with helping Spears reunite with her parents, manager Larry Rudolph, and landing her comeback role on How I Met Your Mother. Perhaps most important, Britney’s conservator approves. Says a Spears family confidante: “Jason is one of the few people who Jamie Spears trusts.”

Halle-freakin’-lujah!!! I pray to the gods that this report is true … if Britney really has decided to take up a romantic relationship with someone as accomplished and stable as Jason Trawick then that would be the PERFECT next step in her cementing her life in normalcy. Except for Justin Timberlake all those years ago, Britney has never dated anyone of any professional means. A man like Trawick would offer stability and comfort that I’m sure she’s been missing and aching for for years. Man … I do hope this turns out to be true. What do y’all think … isn’t this the greatest hope of all?

Our dear Britney Spears spent part of her long holiday weekend in the company of friends on a boat in Marina Del Rey, CA … most specifically her William-Morris agent friend Jason Trawick. Now, I don’t necessarily believe the rumors that Brit Brit and Jason are hooking up on the sly (tho, I prefer him as a boyfriend to pretty much every other guy she’s ever been romantically involved with since her days with Justin Timberlake) but I do find it interesting that Britney and her agent manage to spend a lot of friendly alone-time together (holidays included) from time to time. I am greatly disturbed by the new reports that Britney has been creepin’ around with her former flame Adnan Ghalib so that is why I’m encouraged that Britney is spending this time with Jason … but again, I don’t really see that there is any sort of love connection betwixt the two of them … unfortunately. Ah well, romantically-involved or not Jason is very good for her. He has managed to help the girl get her career back in order (he was instrumental on getting her to appear on How I Met Your Mother earlier this year) and for that I will be eternally grateful. I just hope that all these intimate vacations, dinners, etc. may one day ignite the spark of lurve. Hello, he’s a total catch for her … a hottie with a job! That right there makes him better than almost all of her former boyfriends combined.
