Beyoncé Will Reportedly Release New Music Before Her Super Bowl Performance In February

Back in October we learned that Beyoncé was selected to perform the halftime show during Super Bowl XLVII next year … then a few weeks later, we saw Bey in the studio with singer Miguel. In mid-November, we saw another photo of Beyoncé in the recording studio laying down vocals by herself, which got people wondering (me included) if she was preparing to release new music soon. According to The Dream (neé Terius Youngdell Nash), Beyoncé is “definitely” releasing “one or two” songs before her Super Bowl performance next year. The Dream made this “promise” to Billboard magazine, which sounds legit, but until we hear anything from Bey herself … I’m reserving my excitement. Beyoncé & Jay-Z Lose Bid To Trademark The Name ‘Blue Ivy’

Remember back in February, around the birth of their first born child, Beyoncé and hubby Jay-Z announced that they were planning to trademark the name of their little girl, Blue Ivy? Yeah, well, that is not gonna happen after all. It turns out that an events planning company in Boston, MA called Blue Ivy Events already owns the trademark and a judge ruled that they will keep control of the name, shutting out B-Jay completely from owning the trademark of their daughter’s name. President Obama Hangs Out With David Letterman, Beyoncé And Jay-Z

President Barack Obama paid a visit to The Late Show with David Letterman in NYC, NY last night to do a little campaigning on national television just before he attended a celebrity fundraiser for his campaign hosted by Beyoncé and Jay-Z at Jay‘s 40/40 Club. The President took the opportunity on Letterman to address the comments made by Mitt Romney that he doesn’t care about 47% of country, people he considers “free loaders” who “don’t pay taxes”. Yesterday Beyoncé celebrated her 31st birthday with her husband Jay-Z and daughter Blue Ivy on a yacht in the Mediterranean sea. As you can see from the photos below, Bey took it nice and easy … choosing to spend her special day in a very relaxing way. Beyoncé ate her breakfast with baby Blue, lookin’ as cute as can be. Baby Blue Ivy is already nearly 6 months old and we haven’t seen her blessed face aside from those first pics that her parents, Beyoncé and Jay-Z, published themselves just after she was born. As you will recall, we have seen LOTS of pics of Blue covered in various cloths and towels to hide her face while out and about with mom and dad in New York City. Usually momma Bey is the one carrying the bubby, but today it is daddy Jay’s turn. B-Jay rocked up in Paris today with their daughter, but of course she she is under wraps. They really are such a cute couple and they have so much fun together. Last week, new parents, Beyoncé Knowles and Jay-Z, hung out in the sun and sea in St.Barts with their daughter, Blue Ivy. This week they are back in New York and sharing a few quiet moments just the two of them, courtside at Madison Square Garden to watch the New York Knicks taking on the Miami Heat. There has been lots of sightings of Beyoncé out and about in New York the past few weeks, and we have seen Bey (often dressed in the color blue) cradling a little covered up Blue Ivy. We haven’t seen a picture of little Blue Ivy since her parents, Beyoncé and Jay-Z, released those first adorable pics of their little princess just after she was born.
