Britney Spears Is Supposedly ‘Devastated’ By The Death Of An Alleged ‘Ex-Boyfriend’ In Afghanistan That No One Ever Heard Of

Ummm ... what?

So here’s the weirdest thing you’re gonna hear all day … according to a new tabloid report going around, our dear Britney Spears is supposedly mourning the devastating death of an ex-boyfriend that she allegedly had back in 2007 (around the time she was enduring the darkest days of her life). John Sundahl, who has been referred to as her sober companion in Alcoholics Anonymous during that time, was killed by the Taliban in Afghanistan recently … which has, supposedly, left Britney devastated because the two allegedly dated. While it is very sad that this man was killed, I don’t recall Britney ever dating the guy … at all. More »

Chris Evans Escorting Betty White Up The Stairs At The People’s Choice Awards Is The Only Thing At All Worth Talking About The People’s Choice Awards

A real life superhero

Last night, at the People’s Choice Awards, actor Chris Evans came to the aid of actress Betty White when she was announced as the winner of the Favorite TV Icon award and had to climb the steps to reach the stage to collect her trophy. Evans, who himself won the award for Favorite Action Movie Actor, was seated near Betty and didn’t think twice when her name was called … she stood up and he jumped to her side to lend her a helping hand … and arm. As you can see below, it was a very sweet moment from a pretty forgettable awards show. More »

OMG Did You Watch … ‘Sons Of Anarchy’ Series Finale: ‘Papa’s Goods’

The TV Guide

Last night, the series finale episode of Sons of Anarchy aired on FX bringing to a close the 7 season series that loosely told the tale of Shakespeare‘s Hamlet through the lives of a California motorcycle club. I made sure to be in front of my TV set last night to watch the series finale episode Papa’s Goods live as it aired so that the finale wouldn’t be spoiled in any way. I will recap the episode below with commentary and animated gifs so if you have yet to watch last night’s episode, you might want to come back after you do. Altho Sons of Anarchy was far from a perfect show, it definitely ended in a way that left many fans very satisfied and other fans very unsatisfied … which is exactly what one should expect from a series finale episode of any TV show. FIRST LOOK: Here Is The First Teaser Trailer For ‘Star Wars: Episode VII – The Force Awakens’

"There has been an awakening ..."
" ... have you felt it?"

It’s here! After a fumbled attempt to force fans to go to the movie theater today to see the first teaser trailer for Star Wars: Episode VII – The Force Awakens, the first footage of the movie has been released online. This first look at the movie is only 88 seconds long but it does feature a Black Stormtrooper (race, not color of uniform — actor John Boyega), a cute new R2 droid, a group of troopers wearing their fancy newly redesigned Stormtrooper uniforms, a female rebel (actress Daisy Ridley) on a new-fangled speeder, a male rebel in a flying uniform, a set of new X-Wing aircraft, a Sith with a new bad-ass-looking lightsaber and the Millennium Falcon doing battle with a TIE Fighter or two. It’s a neat first look at the movie and I did get chills when the Star Wars theme music started playing … but the only think I keep thinking while watching this first teaser trailer is how happy I am that I didn’t have to go to a movie theater to see it because this way, I can watch this trailer over and over and over again.

So … what do YOU think of this first look at The Force Awakens?

Watch: Selena Gomez Made The World Cry With Her Performance Last Night Of ‘The Heart Wants What It Wants’ At The ‘American Music Awards’

She put it ALL out there
Selena's Heart cries out for The Biebs

Earlier this month we saw the music video for Selena Gomez‘s new single The Heart Wants What It Wants which is very clearly a painful love song to her ex-boyfriend (for now) Justin Bieber. Last night on the American Music Awards, Selena performed The Heart Wants in front of millions of people on the awards show and basically ripped her heart from her chest so that she could expose it for all to see. First the video, then this performance … it’s very obvious that Selena‘s heart wants Justin Bieber in the worst way. Cry. Check out Selena‘s performance above and make sure you keep a box of Kleenex handy.

First Look: Yahoo! Accidentally Releases Taylor Swift’s New Music Video ‘Blank Space’ Early

Watch the vid before it gets yanked offline
Warning Warning

Taylor Swift was planning to release the music video for her new single Blank Space at a later date, apparently, but Yahoo! accidentally (on purpose?) jumped the gun and released the video early … before it realized it’s mistake and pulled the video off their site … but not before the video was able to be repopulated elsewhere online. The video is out so watch it above while you can. The video was directed by superstar director Joseph Kahn and takes aim at all of the rumors about Taylor that call her hopeless romantic-turned-psychopathic man-eater. It’s a clever video for a great song. Enjoy.

UPDATE: The video has now officially been released, so let’s cut some cake and enjoy the video over and over and over again.
