Yesterday we learned that Orlando Bloom and Justin Bieber got into an altercation at a nightclub in Ibiza reportedly over the love and attention of their ex women, Miranda Kerr and Selena Gomez respectively. Today we get to check out photos from Kerr‘s new ad campaign for 7 For All Mankind denim which give us a pretty good understanding of why she’s got dudes fighting over her. As you can see in the gallery presented here, Miranda really knows how to rock her 7 For All Mankind jeans right. Check out the promo photos in the gallery and then click below to see her short promo video for 7 For All Mankind. More »
Pop star Justin Bieber has reportedly signed on to become the newest celebrity spokesmodel for Calvin Klein Underwear and a quick look at his official Instagram profile shows that he is already hard at work promoting the brand. It is being reported that Bieber has already posed for his CK Underwear ads, that will supposedly be revealed soon. While this information has not yet been officially confirmed, it seems likely that this report is true based on the number of photos that JB has posted online that show him showing off his Calvin Klein undies. Neil Patrick Harris has conquered the world of television acting (film acting, notsomuch … have you seen Beastly? OOF!) and he’s conquered the Broadway stage … today we learn that he is now attempting to conquer the world of paid product endorsements. NPH is the new celebrity spokesman for the newly reformulated Heineken Light beer and even tho they won’t let him actually drink the beer in the commercial, seems pretty amped on endorsing the beverage. Click the embed above to see his first commercial for Heineken Light and see if his sales pitch is good enough to make you want to booze up. I’m not gonna lie … I LOLed a few times. I have a feeling NPH is going to sell a lot of beer to people.
Last month we saw photos of actor Charlie Hunnam filming scenes for the upcoming season of Sons of Anarchy and today we have another really amazing Charlie sighting. Hunnam is featured in the new ad campaign for the Calvin Klein fragrance Reveal and as you can see below, he is using his very nice backside to promote the perfume. In both the print and the video ads, Charlie co-stars with the lovely model Doutzen Kroes and, well, you simply must make the time to see how well these two sell perfume together. Have a look. More »
Back in March we got to see Game of Thrones star Kit Harington featured in his first promo images for Jimmy Choo Man cologne. Today we get to see images from Kit‘s Jimmy Choo Fall/Winter 2014 ad campaign. As you can see in the gallery presented here, Kit smolders in these new promo photos … sometimes while wrapped in a woman’s legs … so that outta sell a few fashion pieces, eh? Now that he’s on hiatus from his role on GoT, I guess the lad’s gotta make money somehow. These new Jimmy Choo promo photos will appear in fashion magazines soon but why wait when you can fawn over them right here, right now.
Yesterday we saw a few new photos from the David Beckham Bodywear Fall/Winter 2014 collection, which I’m sure you vividly remember seeing, and today we have a few more photos to enjoy. Three new photos from the new ad campaign have come to light, which are presented here for your viewing pleasure. I tossed in two of the photos that we got yesterday to round out the gallery, I hope you don’t mind. Please enjoy.
So, Balenciaga just released an ad for their latest campaign and it was absolutely shocking. Gisele Bündchen with all of her gorgeous, Pantene-worthy locks are totally DUNZO. The model is rocking a fierce, dark, androgynous look and it’s pretty intense. Balenciaga‘s artistic director Alexander Wang was very pleased with the ad, saying, “This is how I see Gisele for Balenciaga; strong, powerful, mysterious and uncompromising.” Yeah, that’s pretty much what we’re dealing with here. PITNBr Sabrina sent me a link to this commercial on Twitter, and I was so excited to check it out. As you all know, me likey feminism and feminist-y things, so a commercial that starts out with the question, “Why are women always apologizing?” definitely got my attention. I think I like the general idea here. I have a good friend who used to tell me all of the time, “Do not apologize for anything,” LOL. I’ve learned to apply that theory in moderation. For example, if you come visit me, I’m not apologizing for my home. PITNBr OG Emily can attest to that ;) I think the way I put it to her was, “I had a choice between doing my hair and doing the dishes. I chose hair. You’re welcome.” LOL. But this Pantene commercial also got some criticism for, basically, parading as something which seeks to empower women, when it’s really about selling their product. It’s a tricky thing to try to examine, but it definitely raises some interesting questions. We’ve seen many new commercials that embrace the gay rights movement by showing same-sex couples. Is it all for the money? Or are these commercials truly important? (I’d say it’s probably a bit of both.)
