Ellen DeGeneres Says She’ll Help Nick Carter Make The Backstreet Boys-Spice Girls World Tour Happen

by

We knew Ellen DeGeneres had our backs! During his appearance on Ellen on Friday (Oct. 16, 2015), Nick Carter continued to give us all hope that a Backstreet Boys-Spice Girls reunion tour will happen. After rumors started swirling about a potential reunion between two of our favorite ’90s groups, we’ve been patiently waiting for some more details. Now we have some.

It was an idea, I am friends with Mel B, an it’s an idea that we have been pondering for quite some time and we thought it was a really cool thing to do. All the boys, every single one of us are on board and we would love to do it. It’s really kind of up to the girls, and what they want to do. But funny enough, I thought maybe you could help us out with that.

Of course, Ellen agrees to he will help them out! “Ladies, come on, what are you waiting for?” the talk show host asks. “What an awesome tour that would be to have the Backstreet Boys and the Spice Girls!”

Apparently the only one who doesn’t want to reunite is Victoria Beckham. Early last year, there were other rumors that the Spice Girls were planning to get back together, but obviously nothing came out of that. Now, we’re hoping (with the help of Ellen) that this world tour actually happens. Seriously, what bad could come out of having a world tour that will make everyone happy?

In the meantime, in case you forgot how much you miss Nick, he hit the floor with his Dancing with the Stars partner, Sharna Burgess, to show off his dance moves to “Everybody (Backstreet’s Back).” Watch below.
