Dina Lohan proves that the old adage, Like Mother, Like Daughter is as true as ever after she sauntered into a Long Island, NY courtroom earlier today to plead guilty to charges of driving under the influence and speeding. As you may recall, Mama Lohan got busted in September of last year when she was found to have a blood alcohol limit that was over twice the legal limit. TMZ reports that she will be sentenced in June to serve 1000 hours of community service, which is something that her daughter Lindsay Lohan knows all about. And so, today marks another benchmark in the Lohan family.
Dina Lohan has something in common with her daughter Lindsay now … after she pled guilty this morning to aggravated DWI and speeding in a Long Island courtroom … TMZ has learned. Lohan must do 100 hours of community service but will be sentenced on June 3. She is expected to have her license revoked and an interlock device will be installed in her vehicle. We’re told she must also attend a mandatory drinking and driving program, a victim impact panel and also pay the necessary fines and fees.
I mean … what else is there to say? Another Lohan conviction added to the family history. Now both parents — Michael and Dina Lohan — and their eldest child Lindsay have all been convicted of crimes. Thus far, the remaining Lohan children — Michael, Jr., Aliana and Dakota — have managed to stay out of trouble. For their sakes, I hope they do NOT follow the actions and influence of their parents and older sister. Ugh.
