Porsha Williams Reportedly FIRED From ‘The Real Housewives Of Atlanta’ After She Physically Assaulted Kenya Moore During The Reunion Special

Fans of The Real Housewives reality TV show franchise on Bravo TV are well aware that the various casts like to bring the drama on any given day. All season long, the castmembers fight and make up and then fight and then make up again … then they all gather together on the reunion special at the end of the season to fight all over again before they make up and film a new season together. This week, the cast of The Real Housewives of Atlanta taped their reunion special and it is being reported that Porsha Williams and Kenya Moore got into a physical altercation during taping. As a result, it is also being reported that producers are pissed that Porsha would get physical with Kenya and she is apparently being cut from the show. Ladies and gentlemen, that’s reality TV entertainment for ya.

This time, it was more than just a war of words between Kenya Moore and Porsha Williams. The dueling stars of The Real Housewives of Atlanta got into a brief physical altercation Thursday during the taping of the show’s reunion episode, PEOPLE confirms. “A fight broke out that had to be broken up,” a source tells PEOPLE. The source says that things got heated between the two when Porsha went after Kenya during an argument. “There was definitely some hair pulling, but no one was injured. It was broken up so quickly that nothing serious happened.”

And as a result of this altercation …

It looks like Porsha Williams has sealed her fate on “Real Housewives of Atlanta” … because we’re told after her violent assault against Kenya Moore — her next gig will be the unemployment line. Porsha was already on the chopping block because she’s supremely uninteresting, but sources connected with the show tell us … producers are now clear — she’s more trouble than she’s worth. It sounds a little strange, because a lot of these shows live off of physical conflict. But after the blowout fight between Apollo Nida and Brandon DeShazer, Bravo execs instituted a zero-tolerance policy against violence. Put simply, they drew a line in the sand, and Porsha crossed it. We pressed our sources and they say a decision from the mountaintop has not officially come down … but we’re getting this from all directions — it’s just a matter of time.

I have a feeling that Porsha was going to get the boot even before this fight occurred but she totally gave producers an excellent reason to fire her without her really having much to say about it. I really dislike Kenya on the show but there is never a reason for physical violence. Even tho she may have gotten fired anyways, Porsha has now given Kenya cart blanche to trash her further for getting booted from the show. Sadly, I can’t wait to see how this fight will be showcased in the reunion special. My guess is that it will be used in the promos for the special and will likely be teased over the course of the multi-episode reunion special. I know, I hate myself for watching, too.

I didn’t watch this season but I heard that Krayonce told Porsha she was a beard or made some comments about Porsha’s marriage and that’s what sent P off. I have to say, this is the most I’ve liked Porsha b/c as I’ve been hearing Krayonce has been all over everyone’s men this season and instigating a lot of drama. The other ladies probably applauded Porsha for doing what the rest of them didn’t have the cojones to do.
(I don’t think violence is ever an answer, but let’s get real reality shows thrive on that ish and Porsha was playing the part. Like you said Trent, the producers encourage this kind of ratchet.)

    • @OG Emily — “Krayonce” LOL. Yep, you pretty much got the crux of the drama. As much as Porsha annoys me, it’s a shame she may lose her job for doing something so dumb. Krayonce is probably laughing her ass off right now.

Krayonce is laughing and TWIRLING Trent. Don’t forget the twirling. Gone with the wind fabulous.

    • @OG Emily — Yep, exactly.
