Vin Diesel & Michelle Rodriguez Pay Tribute To Their Late Friend Paul Walker

"I will always love you"

As people continue to mourn the death of actor Paul Walker more and more of his co-stars and friends have released statements and tributes to their late friend. Yesterday we heard that Tyrese had to say about Paul‘s tragic death and today we get to hear from his fellow The Fast and the Furious co-stars Vin Diesel and Michelle Rodriguez. Vin made his way last night to the memorial site that sprung up where Paul‘s deadly accident took place this past Saturday and he had very nice sentiments to share with the fans who had gathered there to mourn. He also posted a short message on his official Facebook profile in tribute to his late friend. Michelle posted a tribute of her own on her official Twitter profile. Click below to watch video of Vin Diesel speaking at Paul‘s memorial site and read the statements he and Michelle have shared with the world.

Here is raw video shot of Vin Diesel speaking at the memorial site last night followed by the tribute he posted on Facebook:

“To live in the hearts we leave behind, is not to die.” Thomas Campbell. Pablo, I wish you could see the world right now… and the profound impact, your full life has had on it, on Us… on me… I will always love you Brian, as the brother you were… on and off screen.

Here is the statement that Michelle Rodriguez posted on Twitter:

I’m gonna carry this torch for you brother, with a forced smile on my face and Im gonna open my heart just cause your telling me to.

It’s very common knowledge that the cast and crew of the Fast and the Furious film franchise were more than just co-stars and co-workers … they made for themselves an actual family. The pain of their loss, I’m sure, is as strong as it would be had they all been connected by blood. I’m certain the tributes will continue to come as funeral plans take shape. It’s still unbelievable that Paul Walker was taken from this world so suddenly, so quickly … so tragically. Even after the final goodbyes are said at his funeral, I know that the mourning will continue for some time :(

This so sad. You can tell the actors really were friends. That is nice to see when the gossip world is filled with so many rumors of drama and hate.
