Director J.J. Abrams Poses With One Of The Stars Of ‘Star Wars: Episode VII’

"Hi"

Last week we learned, officially, that the upcoming sequel film Star Wars: Episode VII will be released in theaters on December 18, 2015 and today we get a bit of an update from the early production meetings taking place for the film. Director J.J. Abrams shared a photo on the official Twitter profile for Bad Robot (his production company which is working on Episode VII) of him posing with one of the MAJOR stars that will be featured in the film, which you can see below. J.J. is joined by a few other, less important people but its the Star Wars star that is the main focus of this photo. Check it out.

Hi from the workshop! #StarWarsVII

And so it begins. Now that Abrams has his hands on the one and only R2-D2, we know that his control of the new Star Wars movie is well in hand. With over 2 years to go before Episode VII comes to life on the big screen, I think we can look forward to many, many teases like this. I want to believe that Star Wars: Episode VII will turn out great … yes, I want to believe. We shall see tho. Oh yes, we shall see.

R2-D2 is the only consistent character is all the movies, so it makes perfect sense.
