Earlier this week we got to see the music video for Eminem’s new single Survival, which will be featured on his upcoming new album The Marshall Mathers LP 2, and today we learn what other songs will also be featured on his new album. Em released the tracklisting for MMLP2 yesterday on his various social media accounts and revealed the artists he collaborated with on various songs. Slim Shady teams up with Rihanna again for one of the songs on his new album … as well as Kendrick Lamar and others. Click below to see the full album tracklisting and learn who else Eminem collabs with on MMLP2.
Eminem has issued the tracklist for forthcoming album ‘The Marshall Mathers LP 2′, revealing the album’s guest stars in the process. Rapper Kendrick Lamar, singer-songwriter Skylar Grey, Rihanna and Nate Ruess, best known as the lead singer of the band Fun. are all set to appear. Rihanna guests on a track called ‘Monster’, which the singer hinted at in a September 12 tweet. It read: “Recored a #monster hook for one of my favourite artists! And that’s all I can give you …” The full tracklisting is as follows:
‘Parking Lot’ (skit)
‘Rhyme or Reason’
‘So Much Better’
‘Asshole’ feat. Skylar Grey
‘Stronger Than I Was’
‘Monster’ feat. Rihanna
‘Love Game’ feat. Kendrick Lamar
‘Headlights’ feat. Nate Ruess
I’m totally on board with Em working with Kendrick and Rihanna … and I’m really curious to hear what the song with Nate Ruess from fun. sounds like … but I’m totally over his association with Skylar Grey. I get it, he’s trying to help the young singer launch her career (which he has a vested interest in) but the stuff they’ve released together thus far has been TERRIBLE! Eminem features on Skylar’s song C’mon Let Me Ride and it’s a pretty crappy song, if I do say so myself. Here’s hoping this new song on Em’s album is much better. The Marshall Mathers LP 2 will be out on November 5.
