Altho actor James Franco is no longer part of the Spider-Man film franchise it’s clear that he is still a big Spider-Man fan overall. Franco posted a cute photo on his official Who Say profile that shows him all cozied up under a Spider-Man blanket (or sleeping bag) and as you can see in the full-size image below, he’s showing the camera his best Spider-Man hand gesture/pose. James Franco may do a lot of minorly irritating things but I’m kind of in love with the cute photo below.
James Franco has revealed a picture of himself under a [children's] Spider-Man duvet. The actor – who starred as Harry Osborn in Sam Raimi’s comic book trilogy between 2002 and 2007 – is seen making the superhero’s iconic web hand pose. Franco, 35, appeared to be staying over at his grandmother’s house after posting the picture with the caption ‘Nana’s flat’. He was originally considered for the role of Peter Parker in the Raimi movies but eventually lost out to Tobey Maguire. Dane DeHaan will take on Franco’s famous role in the upcoming Amazing Spider-Man 2. The first official image of DeHaan as Harry Osborn was released in April.
Hahaha, I mean … it’s a cute pic. And it brings back a lot of memories. When I was little, around 10 years old or so, I used to LOVE sleeping in a sleeping bag every single night. I had this amazing Masters of the Universe sleeping bag that was so soft, so warm. I would unroll the bag on top of my perfectly made bed and would sleep inside the bag. I think I did this for about 2 years. So, yeah, I can’t blame James for wanting to crawl inside a sleeping bag like this at Nana’s house and catch some Zzzzs.
