Amanda Bynes Now Says She Was Sexually Harassed By A Police Officer

"He slapped my vagina"

Earlier today we learned that the recently arrested Amanda Bynes joked on Twitter about her sorry wig … but a few hours later, she posted a very serious allegation on her official Twitter profile that claims she was sexually harassed by a police officer. In a somewhat rambling (and long) tweet, Amanda makes the bold claim that she was arrested by police after she accused an officer of harassment … more specifically, she says that he “slapped her vagina”. Hmmm. This from the woman who publicly wished that rapper Drake would “murder her vagina”. All kidding aside, tho, this seems like a very serious charge to make. Click below to read the full text of Amanda‘s allegation and see for yourselves.

Don’t believe the reports about me being arrested. It’s all lies. I was sexually harassed by one of the cops the night before last which is who then arrested me. He lied and said I threw a bong out the window when I opened the window for fresh air. Hilarious. He slapped my vagina. Sexual harassment. Big deal. I then called the cops on him. He handcuffed me, which I resisted, quite unlike any of the reports stated. Then I was sent to a mental hospital. Offensive. I kept asking for my lawyer but they wouldn’t let me. The cops were creepy. The cop sexually harassed me, they found no pot on me or bong outside my window. That’s why the judge let me go. Don’t believe any reports.

According to the Hollywood Reporter, Bynes‘s allegation is being investigated by the internal affairs department of the NYPD and on Friday, her lawyer revealed that she filed a mistreatment complaint concerning her arrest:

A New York Police Department spokesperson tells The Hollywood Reporter its Internal Affairs Bureau is investigating the claim. He had no other comment at this time. As previously reported, Bynes’ lawyer, Andrew Friedman, said Friday the actress had submitted a complaint to the Internal Affairs claiming mistreatment.

This is a serious allegation, one that I hope isn’t taken lightly. I can’t say that Amanda‘s tweet message reads like it holds much weight but, who knows? IF she is lying for attention, tho, then things could get messy. Because of her erratic behavior, whether intentional or not, it’s difficult to believe this allegation of sexual harassment. Her odd behavior has been somewhat entertaining, sadly, but this new claim is anything but funny or humorous. Ugh.

  1. Um, it’s not funny, but somehow I still chuckled my way through her statement. If I have to take it back later on, I will. But it’s like she has a list of absurdities to tweet about! Some of them quite uncomfortable and serious, like eating disorders and now sexual harrasment….and there we are back to the selfies and name-calling. Meh.

  2. It is so hard to take any allegation like this seriously when she always attacks anyone saying or doing anything negative to her. From attacking tabloids to Jenny McCarthy to her hairdresser, this just seems like her defense mechanism whenever she doesn’t like how she is treated. So if it is true, I’m really sorry for her. But she has cried wolf too many times. And this story seems fake based on how over the place it is. She never seems to think out her tweets before sending them.
