OMGOMGOMGOMG. Yespleasemorethankyou/I’ve lit’rally been waiting for this moment since Kendrick Lamar‘s debut album dropped back in October. The album was/is so damn good, I couldn’t help but wonder why Jay-Z wasn’t on it somewhere, lol. But here he is! As y’all know, Bitch, Don’t Kill My Vibe is one of my absolute favorite songs… of the century. I even got caught up in an intense, [totally one-sided] beef with Lady Gaga over the video she [unnecessarily] released for the song, after she decided she didn’t want it to be on Kendrick‘s album. But who needs Gaga when Jigga‘s on the remix?!?! Producer Young Guru (who is Jay-Z‘s everything) just premiered the Bitch Don’t Kill My Vibe remix at SXSW and it’s kind of a big deal. I love that Jay-Z‘s on it, and I love that it’s a real, live remix with a new verse from K-Dot and everything. The best part of the whole thing is that I get to imagine Jay-Z walking around his house singing the hook to himself. Love it. Peep the video for more!
