While Mad Men isn’t a show that I watch, Game of Thrones is ABSOLUTELY a show that I watch … religiously. We are just over 2 weeks away from the season 3 premiere of the show … which means it might be time from some of us (me included) to catch up a bit on all the action that took place on GoT season 2. HBO has released a 14 minute season 2 recap video titled A Gathering Storm that features key scenes from season 2 as well as cast interviews that catch us up on all of the important action that took place last season. In just 14 minutes, fans can get a refresher on what went down in Game of Thrones season 2 before they dive into the new season 3. I’ve been spending my nights furiously reading A Storm of Swords (book 3 of the Game of Thrones book series, A Song of Ice and Fire, which is the basis of GoT season 3) and I’m just about halfway done. I *think* I’ll have the book finished by the time season 3 starts in a couple weeks … then I can focus on remembering the stuff that went down last season. AHHH! I’m so excited for this show’s return. GoT has to be one of THE best shows on TV right now … hands down.
Just finished with episode 10 last night.Needless to say,I hate that ‘little’ troll on the throne with a burning passion,now more then ever.Don’t have HBO-so once again I will sit tight and wait for it to come out on DVD-season 3 better deliver to make the wait worth it!
I have only read the first three books but Storm of Swords is definitely my fave outta the three so far. So much happens I am glad they are stretching it cross two seasons, but most of what I want to see is near the end of the book!
