Remember back in January when we learned that former actress turned trainwreck Amanda Bynes decided to pierce her face? Well, she’s still rockin’ her face piercing but these days, she’s also rocking a lot of different looks as well. Ms. Bynes has a crazy love for wigs and for the past few weeks, she’s been playing dress up with her various wigs and showing off her very different looks. From blonde to brunette, long to short hair, Amanda appears to be having fun with her look … even if it does come across as a little weird. Have a look below at some of Amanda‘s new looks.
If you want to find Amanda Bynes these days, try a wig shop. The retired actress, who turns 27 next month, has tweeted pictures of herself in four different coloured hair-pieces. On Saturday, Amanda shared a picture of herself winking into a MAC compact while wearing heavy eye makeup, a large curly blonde wig under a red beanie, and a camouflage top. The troubled starlet has lately turned to the popular social networking site to write increasingly bizarre posts about attending ‘stripper classes’ and ‘forgetting past memories.’ Last month, Bynes announced she hoped to shed 20lbs off her already slender frame. ‘I gain weight quickly so I need to work out constantly,’ she told Us Weekly. ‘I moved to New York City and I love it! I lost 4 lbs since I moved. I’m 121 lbs – my goal is 100 lbs.’
Gurl … what is going on?! On the bright side, no run-ins with the law … that we know of. It appears that Amanda has toned down her odd public behavior recently, which is a good thing, so if this fascination with wigs is the thing keeping her out of trouble then I’m all for it. I absolutely stand by my contention that the girl is SCREAMING for attention … but if she can get the attention she craves by modeling wigs on Twitter, then what’s the harm? She may yet be a trainwreck but now she seems to be a much less dangerous trainwreck. There’s a step in the right direction!

why dont i completely hate that first look? lol…the way i see it, if wigs are her biggest problem right now, instead of all those hit & runs, then im ok with it.
I guess on the plus side we now know some of her “hide from the police” disguises.
Kind of sad. She was a great actress and it seems like when she decided to stop she kind…lost her footing/balance with the world. If that makes sense XD
but she was really good at doing comedy sketches where she played specific characters..n she wore wigs all the time.
