Justin Bieber has been having a “rough time” of it lately … and it looks like the stress of being The Biebs is starting to have an effect on the young man. After the poor kid suffered the “worst birthday” ever, he caught a lot of flack for starting his concert performance at London’s O2 Arena hour late … resulting in the disappointment of many fans AND a reported £300,000 fine for violating a city curfew. Last night, JB took to his official Twitter profile to unleash a rant that was meant, I think, to explain his side of the story. In his series of tweets, Justin expresses frustration at “fake stories” and says the only person who can judge him is the “one power” he serves. Yeah, when Bieber is tweeting about God, you know he’s being serious. Click below to read Bieber’s tweets and see what he has to say about all of the “rumors, rumors, rumors”.
rumors rumors and more rumors. nothing more nothing less. might talk about them 1 day. rt now im just gonna be positive. cant bring me down / im focused on the good things in life. im blessed and not forgetting it. im giving back every day for it. cant phase me / fake stories to sell papers i guess are part of the job. but im a good person. i know that. u cant tell me different. we know the truth / as long as my family, friends, and fans r with me u can say whatever. we are all equal in God’s eyes & we have a responsibility to eachother / so make up stories about fake fines and make no mention of the positive…. / or say when i came out of my show with my shirt off because after performing for 2 hours i might be sweaty i was going into a club (really?) / or any girl i stand next to is my girl or that i dont care, or that i dont feel, or that a 19 year old going to a club in europe is wild… / i understand it is part of the job to be judged…but judge me on the facts, judge me on the music, and be careful of the judgement u pass / but know this…im only judged by one power, and i serve him / so yeah I will continue being me. i will continue to serve, to perform, to care, to love, to smile, to dance, to play, to sing… / and u are welcome to join, because i carry no hate. We got to much love for that. Im about the music. / Gonna enjoy the day and keep smiling. so should all of u. Much love. i see u #beliebers = i love u
Thus spake the Bieber. I guess it’s to be expected that a rambunctious young man like Justin Bieber would have to have his say after garnering all of the attention he’s been getting lately. From his perspective, he’s done nothing wrong … from his perspective, he’s just a God-fearing, hard-working young man who is constantly vilified for no reason at all. Nowhere in his Twitter rant does he take responsibility for anything, nor does he offer a hint of an apology but … that, too, is to be expected. I, personally, don’t feel that Justin Bieber is a terrible guy. Hell, I think he’s actually a pretty decent little popstar (with just really terrible fashion sense). BUT, if he’s truly intent on being the best person he can be, he might want to be more appreciative of his great fortune … not just tweet about it. Let’s be real, Justin does a lot of great charity work and his visits to children’s hospitals very likely do much to better the lives of some very sick children. In the end, he may annoy folks to no end with some of his behavior and all of his clothing choices but … isn’t that what 18-19 years old do? They annoy everyone around them. I’m hopeful JB will grow up and mature a bit … and the sooner the better. But, and I hate myself for having to admit this, I think the kid is ok … he’s on the right track. Let’s just see if he can keep it that way.
