Yesterday we got to see the official Capitol portrait of Effie Trinket from The Hunger Games: Catching Fire and earlier today we got to see the portrait for Haymitch Abernathy as well. Pink reader ClaireMichelle clued me into the fact that an official Capitol portrat of Caesar Flickerman (played by Stanley Tucci) was also released yesterday and so, I present it below. It now appears that two Capitol portraits will be released each day this week leading up to the release, I’m assuming, of official portraits of Katniss Everdeen and Peeta Mellark. Honestly, I don’t love Flickerman‘s pink pony tail but … meh, whadda ya gonna do? As I understand it, the next portrait to be released will feature Katniss‘s stylist Cinna and it should be released any time now. With new official Capitol portraits being released each day, we are sure rolling deep in the Catching Fire goodness, eh?

A pink pony tail is the kind of of ridiculousness that I would expect from Capitol people, though. LOL! I think Effie’s portrait is still my favorite one, but there’s a VERY good chance that Lenny Kravitz can change my mind.
I’m loving these portraits & can’t wait to see more! I can’t believe we have to wait until November for the movie though, bah.
