A Little Ryan Gosling To Spice Up Your VD

Needless to say, I’m not in the best mood for Valentine’s Day this year but I’m doing my best to make the most of the day … which is why I felt it necessary to share a couple of new photos of everyone’s Internet boyfriend Ryan Gosling. Gosling was spotted out and about here in SoCal yesterday and as you can see below, he was lookin’ his usual fine self. Whether it’s Valentines Day, Groundhog Day or Columbus Day, a Ryan Gosling sighting is sure to bring a smile to anyone’s face.

I think these photos of Ryan are heightened exponentially by the fact that he was photographed solo … without his ladylove Eva Mendes. These photos of Ryan flying solo make it much easier for someone to imagine that he belongs to them … only. It is my sincere hope that this Gosling sighting will successfully cheer up your VD even if only a little bit. Enjoy!

    Thank God for Ryan Gosling.

In years past, Dan Savage has hosted a Valentine’s Day bash in Seattle where people bring mementos of failed relationships to be publicly burned. That’s always seemed like a great idea: cathartic, supportive, and funny to boot. Maybe there’s one in LA to help mark your transition to better stuff!

I’ll be divorced in T-minus five months. No V-day for me. Eff that!

It’s aight Trent, just think about all the relationships ending today b/c someone didn’t propose or get a big enough gift or make a big enough deal. Valentine’s Day kills relationships.

    Hello lover!

The first year after a rough breakout is the worst…there’s always a first. A first moment/holiday/etc on your own. I’m sure you may be planning on getting together with friends, but in case you aren’t take today to LOVE YOURSELF. Treat yourself to a massage or some shopping(or both) and order takeout from your favorite restaurant and watch a movie YOU want to watch!

Aw, Trent, keep your spirits up! Think of all the other people in your life that you love, family and friends and the people that love you like your readers. There’s plenty of non-romantic love to fill your heart. cheer up! and thanks for sharing Ryan with us…he’s dreamy.
