Wait, Britney Spears Might Have Just Confirmed Her Las Vegas Residency!

Britney Says '#VivaLasVegas'

Okay, I’m just gonna keep it reals. I have no idea what’s going on!!! Yesterday we heard reports that Britney Spears‘s Las Vegas deal had basically gone the way of DUNZO. Both Caesars Palace and Planet Hollywood confirmed that their schedules were booked and did not include a Britney Spears show. Some of you were pleased with the news, but I was kinda bummed for the sake of Trent… and I also suggested that this may not be the last we’d heard of Britney in Vegas. And voila! Britney (and her dog Hannah) took to Twitter to sorta, kinda hint at a Las Vegas residency… maybe??? Click inside and help me figure this out! Trent! Where you at?!?!?

So here’s the Twitter ‘evidence’:

CRAZY, right? Is this it? Is this… confirmation? It would make sense, especially since (as of yesterday) many sites (including ours) were reporting that she would not be in Vegas. What do y’all think? Are you ready for a Viva Las Godney situation?!?!

I kind of read this the opposite way– as in, don’t cash in your bones for chips [because we're not going, still] #VivaLasVegas.

Happy either way, though- more Britney to come!

I don’t agree. Definitely think she is saying that a dog can’t cash in bones for chips, lol. Definitely looks like a confirmation. Can’t wait to hear where.

  2. I definitely read this tweet as confirmation in a sneaky way. She is at least doing SOMETHING in Vegas. Oh, Britney… I LOVE YOU.

If she comes to Las Vegas I’m going to start staking out every starbucks and Target! I hope she comes to Vegas!

  4. I so don’t want this to happen. If it does, then I hope or a very short residency. In Britney time, two years is nearly forever. Girl moves on quick, and I can see her getting bored out of her mind being tied to the same venue for that long. That said, I hope the Ceasar’s and PH denials are another “fooled ya” surprise. Over those already.
