Yesterday we saw Taylor Swift rocking the ill, white Kaufmanfranco dress, and it was a pretty amazing experience. Apparently this designer is kind of a big deal, because Jennifer Lopez donned a different– but equally ill– white Kaufmanfranco dress to the premiere of her new movie Parker. While I like the dress, I’m not quite sure that J-Lo is pulling it off. Her body is something of legend, but for some reason the sheer pannel on the sides and back just don’t seem super-flattering. I also wasn’t a huge fan of her hair and make-up. All that being said, she’s still Jenny from the Block and she still looks good. Ultimately though, I prefer the white Lanvin Blanche dress she wore to the New York screening. Peep the gallery for more! Which look are you lovin’?

her boobs look weird.
If I can’t be Miranda Kerr or Victoria Beckham, then I’d like to be JLo. She takes risks and most times, pulls them off. More than one item of her fashion label is currently in my closet. That said, I am not a huge fan of this designer, or at least, of the designs that have been showing up on red carpets lately. Edgy can be fun, but there is something about these cuts that make the style seem to be on the very verge of ill-fitting, this one included. This would have been better in another color, white is so unforgiving. To me, it would have been much better in a metallic like bronze, copper or gold.
This dress is not flattering. I don’t know that it would be flattering on any woman though.
I am inclined to agree, but do think that a woman who is taller and more statuesque could have pulled it off better. Perhaps Heidi Klum?
