Earlier today we heard the leaked version of Britney Spears and will.i.am‘s new remix of Scream & Shout that features Hit-Boy, Lil’ Wayne, Waka Flocka Flame and P. Diddy … and just moments ago, the official uncensored version of the song was released online. Not even rap – chanting at best, teach a bunch of pre-schoolers how to cuss and they could do the same thing and the soundbites from Britney may as well have been lifted straight from youtube video snippets. Don’t even get me started on the yawn-boring my-first-casio keyboard generic backing track either. If this is where pop’s going I’m hopping on a different train. I was hoping for better.

Like I said yesterday about the censored version – hate it. The cursing detracts even more from the song. They should re-title this song: “Our Egos Are Out Of Control”
Love the beat, can’t stand Diddy’s ad libs! And Lil’ Wayne’s verse is the reason Lil’ Wayne def needs to take some time away from rap. But overall, I def don’t hate it. Then again, I actually like rap… so that helps. Also, I can’t help but be excited for Flocka! He’s on a track with Britney!!!!!

Diddy totally just wanted to capitalize on the “Britney Bish” with “Diddy Bish.” No Diddy, it’s not going to happen.
