After a recent hoax that claimed Megan Fox had died started making the rounds online, Megan decided she not only needed to let the world know that she is alive and well but she wanted to let them know personally … with her very own Twitter profile. Megan joined Twitter yesterday and in just a few hours she managed to amass over 119,000 followers with just 3 tweets and one retweet … not bad, eh? Click below to see what Megan has to say to her Twitter followers directly.

Describing herself as a “Lover. Healer. Mother.”, Megan Fox has started a Twitter page. She’s @meganfox. The actress, who welcomed baby Noah in September, sent her first tweet late Thursday afternoon, not long after “RIP Megan Fox” — a web death hoax — was trending. She didn’t mention the death report, however. “I’m incredibly late to the party,” Fox wrote, “but I’m here nonetheless, so what now?” Fox, 26, who is active on Facebook, has more than 35,000 followers, and is following exactly 0 people at this point.
Welp, if you want people to know you’re not dead, I guess you have to be the one to tell them yourselves. I can’t say I’m expecting that we’ll hear anything substantially interesting from Megan cuz I just don’t see her being an avid tweeter … but maybe she’ll give us some cute photos of her baby? I’m not holding my breath but … I will keep my peepers peeped. Welcome to Twitter, Meg!

i followed as soon as i found out. for some reason i just had too lol
I saw her on Ellen the other day and for some reason I just kind of love her now. I can’t wait to see pictures of Noah and of her being all motherly. >:)
You know, I was annoyed when she talked about hiring a night nurse (it’s impossible) but now I kind of like her for it. No more saying “I love the diapers, and being up all night, oh and I’ve lost the baby weight”. For all the moms out there who did do it, it’s nice to not have to hear someone say how easy and great it is.
