Sooo January’s gonna be an awesome month, Saturday Night Live-wise! The show is staring off the new year with a bang and I’m kind of excited to see how it all goes down. Remember last year (lol) we found out that Jennifer Lawrence would be hosting the January 19th episode (with musical guest stars The Lumineers)? Well now we’re getting word that Adam Levine is also hosting an episode this month, and my boo Kendrick Lamar (who just did the ill collabo track with Dido) is the musical guest! If he sings Bitch Don’t Kill My Vibe, all will be well in the world, I swear! Click inside for deets.

Here’s another reason to tune in to Saturday Night Live this month. In addition to the news that America’s newest sweetheart/BFF Jennifer Lawrence would be hosting the January 19th episode with musical guest The Lumineers, The Hollywood Reporter is reporting that The Voice judge and American Horror Story: Asylum star, Adam Levine, is set to host an episode of the sketch comedy this month, alongside musical guest Kendrick Lamar. Judging by Levine’s 2007 appearance in the digital short “Iran So Far,” the episode has the very real possibility of being hilarious.
The episode will air on January 26th.
Now I know we can expect to see Adam in the skits, but I would loooove to see the funny side of Kendrick. He definitely has an interesting sense of humor (totally peeped that in the video for Backseat Freestyle, which I may or may not be posting soon) and I can’t wait to see how he does.
Apparently, Complex expects good things from Adam. What do you guys think? Will you be tuning in on January 26th?
