You’d think a big star like Josh Hutcherson, from The Hunger Games among other films, would be a big enough hot shot to buy his booze without having to resort to using a fake ID BUT, because the young actor is only 19, well, he does have to be more inventive when shopping here in the US for alcohol. A few days ago, Hutcherson was snapped by the paps walking out of a Ralph’s grocery store with a big ol’ bottle of booze and it was discovered that he used a fake ID to make the purchase! Disney Will Produce The Film Version Of Neil Gaiman’s ‘The Graveyard Book’

Great news, Neil Gaiman fans … we’ve got a new film on the way! Gaiman‘s book The Graveyard Book is being adapted into a feature film by Disney … and it will be directed by Henry Selick, the same director responsible for Gaiman‘s book-turned-film Coraline. I suspect that The Graveyard Book will be made in much the same way that Coraline was — with stop-motion animation. BUT, it’s possible the film could turn out completely differently. Watch: ‘Prometheus’ Releases An Action-Packed New International Trailer

Back in March, we got to see the second full length movie trailer for Ridley Scott‘s new sci-fi film (and seeming Alien prequel) Prometheus. A few weeks ago, we got to see a very cool viral promo video that features Michael Fassbender‘s robot character from the film. Today we get to see the newly released international trailer for Prometheus that gives us a very good understanding of the film’s plot … in addition to a quick look at one of the new aliens. Curious? Back in March we got to check out two video trailers that gave us a pretty good understanding of what to expect from Snow White and the Huntsman. Today, as the film’s release date draws ever near, we get to check out a collection of new character posters for the movie that have been released internationally. Because she’s the film’s lead star (I guess), Kristen Stewart‘s Snow White gets two posters … but Charlize Theron‘s Evil Queen and Chris Hemsworth‘s Huntsman get their own posters as well. Congratulations and love are in order for Maggie Gyllenhaal and Peter Sarsgaard because today we learn that two weeks ago, they welcomed the birth of their second child. Maggie gave birth to a baby girl they couple have named Gloria Ray on April 19. As you may know, Maggie and Peter already have a daughter named Ramona so now they have two adorable daughters. A couple of weeks back we heard that the Queen of Hip Hop Soul Mary J. Blige had become the latest spokesperson for Burger King. Today we have learned that Mary has nabbed herself a much better (?) job – she will be the judge on a new talent search reality show from the man who is obsessed with the genre, Nigel Lythgoe. The new show, called Opening Act, comes to us from E!, and was announced today. Yes, I know, another talent search reality show… yawn? More »

Earlier today we heard that Mariah Carey was preparing for her stage debut in Austria at the luxury ski resort of Ischgl to mark the closing of this winter season. Ischgl’s “Top Of The Mountain” concerts at the beginning and end of every ski season have become known for bringing in seriously huge stars including The Killers, Elton John, Kylie Minogue, Pink and Alicia Keys. Alas, David’s and my whirlwind visit to Todos Santos, Mexico for the WEDDING OF THE CENTURY of my dear friends Emma and Josh has come to an end … and I am back home in LA.
