A few days ago Madonna released a commercial for her new fragrance called Truth or Dare. Today we learn that the Truth or Dare commercial has been deemed “too racy” for TV and must be edited if it’s to be aired on television here in the US. Feel free to roll your eyes at any time. In more positive news, Madonna has announced that she will return to Twitter to chat with fans next week. So you will get a chance to ask Maddy how she feels about this new controversy. Woot! More »

A couple of weeks ago we got our first look at Hugh Jackman in character as Jean Valjean on the set of upcoming new film version of Les Misérables. Today we get our first look at actor Russell Crowe in character as Valjean‘s nemesis Inspector Javert. Crowe‘s costume is very period … which means he looks a bit like Cap’n Crunch. For the past few weeks, we’ve been hearing about Bobbi Kristina‘s romantic relationship with her “pseudo brother” Nick Gordon but today we get to hear some very positive BK news. It is being reported that Bobbi Kris has been cast in a recurring role on the Tyler Perry TV series For Better or Worse. Now, this will be Bobbi Kristina‘s first acting role but, IMHO, this kind of work is exactly what she needs in her life right now. I think this is a brilliant idea. More »

OK, so I didn’t win the Mega Millions $640 million dollar jackpot last night but my Friday was still pretty sweet. After much deliberation, I decided to bite the bullet and join the gym. Jennifer Garner was photographed with her daughter Violet as they took the newest member of their family, Samuel Affleck, for a doctor’s checkup. The pics are pretty damn adorable because big sister, Violet, has really grown up to become one serious little cutie. Sarah Jessica Parker was spotted dropping her twin daughters, Marion and Tabitha Broderick, off at school in New York City yesterday morning. SJP has been out and about in NYC with her cute little girls a lot recently. Today’s pics are equally sweet and the little girls are getting increasingly more stylish as they get older. SJP is looking casual and comfy in baggy jeans and flats, and the girls are super styling in their sunglasses and sweet outfits. Katy Perry’s Music Video ‘Part Of Me’ Is Being Boycotted By Feminist Women

Last week we got our first look at Katy Perry’s latest music video for her single, Part Of Me. There is obviously a very strong theme of a relationship ending in the lyrics of the song (which is why it sparked conversation about its relevance to Katy’s divorce from Russell Brand), but the video tells the story quite clearly. The most prominent theme in the music video is the U.S. Marines, which already ruffled some feathers. Huffington Post is now reporting that feminist women are boycotting Katy and this song because her video is propaganda for the Marines Corps and glorifies violence. More »
